What are the best stories with significant pregnant sex? That is, stories where the female characters end up visibly pregnant for more than just the last chapter or a few scenes it it, and they actually have sex while visibly pregnant? There are sadly too few of them that I can find.
I have half a dozen pregnant women later on in 'A True History' but I don't get too graphic in the descriptions of them having sex at this point in the story. (I'm writing Book Four now, with three full novels previously complete.)
There is, however, a quite graphic description of Cal and Princess Diana in Book Four that hasn't made it to the published chapter ranks yet, and she's still four months from being due with his child at that point. :)
While I can't think of particularly pregnant sex heavy examples, I am pretty sure going through Lubrican's stories will net you quite a few stories that will satisfy you.
There is one where the neighbor girl has fundamentalist parents who send her to their church school. She gets seduced and winds up pregnant, and they blame her and kick her out. A neighbor who is her friend takes her in and lets her live with him. His is a dysfunctional family where the father is basically absent all the time on engineering projects and the mother is wrapped up in being a business exec.
I can't call the name of the story right now but plan to search for it later when I have time.

Check out the stories by Homer Vargas. As I recall pregnancy was a special topic of some of his stories. I cannot recall the name of the author who picked up the Cutters Creek story line after Vargas laid it down. It has been years since I read any of these stories so they are probably behind the veil as SOL premium assets.
Also, Cutter's Creek was inspired by Fertile Valley by Jimmy Davis. Un/fortunately that older story isn't on SOL at all, hardly surprising given that it includes mass intergenerational incest and visible pregnancy of pre-teens.
It would certainly fit the OP's requirements, though.
A number of the Magic Ink stories by Uncle Jim have the females visibly pregnant and active sexually.
I really dislike when a story has a pregnancy code and it's because the woman got pregnant at the end of the story.
