Hi All

Usually when I get comments that say “You suck” or that meaning, I blow it off because it’s one comment out of many. But I just really stepped in it!

The last few chapters of “On Guard” have caused a shit storm and it’s all blowing at me. This is unprecedented in my short writing career so I am going to do something I never thought I would do.

I am going to suspend posting any more of the story and go back and address all of the common complaints. I may not make everyone happy, but the concerns will be addressed.

I enjoy writing and do it for fun. But if my efforts have pissed off this many people then I did something wrong.

So, “sejsejsrsen”, “cruisermike2000”, kkaenyne”, “OldBillyBob”, “sdc97230”, mycroft”, “Tyr2000”, “DJ of the Hudson”, “dwf4blk”, and “sawman12” – please bear with me while I re-examine and rewrite the past few chapters. I’ll let everyone know via this blog when I have fixed things and then you can let me know if I messed up.

Again, I do this for fun. I don’t post anything on pay sites or even on “Bookapy”.

As I have said to those any who have written me over the years, thank you for your readership and for caring enough to write me a note. I really do appreciate it.

I recently posted "My Love Pays Off". I wrote it late at night as I was trying t empty my brain.

Over the next few days several people commented on the story and talking about rape. There is no rape in the story, so I'm wondering what the fuck these folks were thinking?

This happened once before and it pissed me off then. I've deleted all the comments having to do with the subject. As a matter of fact I have a scene with a rape coming up in a story and I'm having a tough time writing it. It's not a comfortable subject.

So in the future if you chose to comment on one of my stories, thank you, but don't comment on shit that isn't in the story!

Hi All

For very personal reasons, the time period between Dec 23 and Jan 1 is the single worst period of the year for me.

Between the anger and depression the week is a struggle and nothing can be done about it. I've tried.

So I offer for you readership "My Love Pays Off" a little ditty and Mike, Kat, Diane and a cast of hundreds, maybe thousands.

I'm looking to finish "On Guard" over the weekend and then get back t work on the O'Dell saga and The Strawberry Patch finish.

Hi All

I was working on the last few chapters of "On Guard" when my muse took off running in a different direction.

That is writer speak for my ADHD kicked in. Suddenly I was looking over my list of things I wanted to rewrite/edit/post and At the top of the list was the first in the "I Was Sitting" series.

So I opened the story and worked on it until the wee hours and have sent it in to be posted. It should go up with the latest chapter of "On Guard" but this is the only notice of the much cleaner story being posted.

Next,, I am dealing with Amazon because I've been made aware that a woman has been posting several of my stories on Amazon under her name. The stories all have a different name but except for different names for all characters, the stories are word for word exactly the same.

The woman's name is Lori Donny. If any of you have purchased her stuff leave reviews that her work is stolen. I've found 4 stories so far. I'll continue my search once I calm down again.

I write for fun and for free. This crap really pisses me off.

Hi All

My dear friend Professor C pointed out to me that one f my main characters in "On Guard" is the same as the main character in Michael Loucks A Well Lived Life Series.

So I had to go back and change it because I try really hard to not have any confusion that one of my stories might be a cross over from someone elses work.

So, I've reposted the Prologue and Chapters 1-3 with the characters name changed. I also went through all the other chapters and changed the name as well.

Please download those chapters again to avoid any confusion in future chapters.
