Sidebar: As I was putting the last polishing edit on this one, my friend Grammery suggested that I change one occurrence of "Sandy" to "Sally". WTF
I've been writing a lot the last few days. As the title says, it's a distraction, from the horrible things going on in our country now. I know we're not supposed to go on political rants here, so I won't say more.
I tend to do what the kids call 'doom-scrolling,' and writing keeps me from too much of that, for a while anyway.
I think I'm going to go read a few dirty stories now. Maybe that will help.
One more to go, I think. I really like these characters. There is a lot of me in Tim, and Missy was inspired by the character of the same name on "Young Sheldon".
