High Flight is the title of a poem by a WW2 Canadian fighter pilot, John Gillespie Magee Jr. It inspired another short romantic story from me, which is now with my editors, 'Slipping the Surly Bonds'.
My apologies to readers who have been waiting on tenterhooks for sequels to other stories; this one just wouldn't let me concentrate on anything else. Once that's posted I'm returning to Kat, of 'A Man of Regular Habits', a sequel, 'The Troubled Man.'
I really do intend to write more about Zoe, who has made some decisions about her future. Thanks for reading.

A new vignette in the Devastation Diaries series has been submitted for moderation. 'Imogen' picks up a story begun in Training Centre. Enjoy!

Brian thinks I should advise my readers that the revised chapter one of Dulcie and Mannie is in fact up. The revision is actually relatively minor and I don't suppose most people would notice (just as most people didn't notice the continuity error in the first place).
So there it is. If you fancy re-reading, knock yourself out!
Regarding DD4 (Imogen) if you're waiting for that I'm just waiting for the last check by Peter and it will be submitted as soon as I get it back.
Meanwhile I cam working on a sequel to 'A Man of Regular Habits', which will become a new series, though I haven't settled on a series name yet. Kat Magic, perhaps? or Witch Girl?
Anyway, a Happy, safe and prosperous New Year to all my readers.

This Dulcie story has been up for quite some time, but a reader pointed out a continuity error which I, my editors and, presumably every other reader missed. Simply, Emma and Rosie could not have prayed for Dulcie in chapter 1 because they hadn't yet been introduced to the Rectory. I have posted an alternaltive chapter one (or, at least, submitted it for posting)
It's over four years since I heard from Brian, and I miss his imaginative writing. Does anyone have news of him?
Ted
