Is the second in the 'Kat Magic' series. It's in the queue for posting today.
Is there anyone out there who knows more about the Air Transport Auxiliary than what's on the internet? Like, which ferry pools served which factory and so on. It's the details that make the story real. I don't suppose there are any veterans left, with the possible exception of cadets, as ATA disbanded 81 years ago this year. But if you have a father, mother uncle, aunt... whoever... who flew ferry flights in Britain during WW2 I'd like to hear from you.
I'm trying to write a prequel to 'Slipping the Surly Bonds'.

Those who enjoyed 'A Man of Regular Habits' may be pleased to know that I will be posting a sequel, 'The Troubled Man' as soon as my editors have finished with it. I have set up yet another series, 'Kat Magic' though there's only one story in it at the moment. There will be two quite soon. It looks as though Kat might prove to be a fertile source of stories in the future...
My short story inspired by the poem 'High Flight' is finished, corrected, edited and is in the queue for posting.
Enjoy.

High Flight is the title of a poem by a WW2 Canadian fighter pilot, John Gillespie Magee Jr. It inspired another short romantic story from me, which is now with my editors, 'Slipping the Surly Bonds'.
My apologies to readers who have been waiting on tenterhooks for sequels to other stories; this one just wouldn't let me concentrate on anything else. Once that's posted I'm returning to Kat, of 'A Man of Regular Habits', a sequel, 'The Troubled Man.'
I really do intend to write more about Zoe, who has made some decisions about her future. Thanks for reading.
Ted
