Several readers of 'Slipping the Surly Bonds' asked for a prequel, dealing with Edna, Charles, and David Millward's grandmother, Betty Morrison. Here it is. I hope you like it.

Thanks for the comment. Unused to the new feedback system I somehow deleted your note - my apologies.
My latest Oscar story is in the posting queue. The female love interest isn't called Delilah, but if you read you'll find out why the title! There are references to BDSM, but it's not a BDSM story
We'll have to see what the new system will mean. I love feedback, and I love being able to respond directly. Right now, I don't see how I can file feedback as I have done up to now, with separate files for each story. And, of course, there's the public comment facility, which of course is attached to the relevant story, which works well. To now, I rarely add my comments to that except to clarify. Like other writers, I am still contactable on tedbiker@storiesonline.org. Feel free to make me feel good by whichever method you like!

When I posted 'Here's the Thing' several readers asked for the story from Julia's perspective. That was a challenge which I was unsure I could meet, but I have tried.
If you're disappointed that this is essentially the same story, well - it is, but with a different perspective and some points that don't come out in David's account.
