The good news is I'm writing Chapter 31 in Cal's saga. The bad news is that's the first chapter of Book Two.
Don't worry, that doesn't mean things are coming to an end any time soon. All it means is that I reached what was, to me, a natural spot where I could end Book One, because of the changes in his life. There's still a lot of final editing to go - I've really only got through Chapter 20 final edited. (And I do appreciate the comments - my first reader and editor are people I know here locally, so Oklahoma English sometimes mean that the word is spelled right, it's just the wrong damn word.)

Also, if you'd take a moment today to remember the 168 killed, and the tens of thousands of lives permanently changed, 25 years ago. We can't have the memorial today due to the Kung Flu, so it's all been on TV this morning here.
(The Oklahoma City Bombing, for those of you who are wondering what the hell I'm talking about.)
