Hey folks, I've just submitted chapter 30 for posting. The fightback starts!

I've had a bit of a torrid time with it recently. The hard drive in the machine I do all my writing on failed a couple of weeks ago. I still haven't managed to recover it yet, so I'm working from a recent backup. Unfortunately I had added stuff that hadn't been backed up. I don't think I lost any changes or edits for this chapter. I hope! However I'm pretty certain I've lost edits in later chapters. In fact I know I have :(

On the plus side, the four chapters I still haven't finished (the reason I'm publishing at such a slow rate), I have now finished the first of. I'm going to leave it for a couple of weeks to let it settle, then go back and look it over properly before letting Omachuck and the other editors loose on it.

Whether my muse has actually returned yet I'm not certain. We'll see.

Hi folks. I'm really struggling with finishing the last few chapters of Maquis. It's both depressing and frustrating.

Anyway, I've posted the next chapter, with a few more to go yet before I have to worry.

I've had a small story half written for a few weeks. Quite by chance I saw Akarge's 'Fly By' showing up last week on the stories from the archives. I had read it before but I'd forgotten it, but it fit nicely with my new story. So here it is. It ends slightly abruptly, but it's meant to make you think.

Sorry folks. Due to a technical cock-up here I couldn't post chapter 26 last week as I had intended. It's now in the posting queue though so look out for it.

Chapter 27 is still scheduled for 7th of February.

Decided to give you all a new chapter as a christmas/new year present. I hadn't planned on posting it for another couple of weeks, 10th of January, but I thought why not! Season of good will and all that.

Chapter 26 which would have been published on 7th Feb, will now be published on 17th Jan, and 7th Feb will be chapter 27.

Hi folks. My apologies for posting this a week late, but work, paying work - well, they pretend to pay me so I pretend to work, got in the way. My company sent me overseas. Well, the channel islands anyway.

So, I've finally posted chapter 22. Not a lot happens here but it is intended to set up things to come.
