Michael, his ladies, and their companions agree to foster a rape victim. Folks I know that victims of rape and sexual violence don't begin to recover as fast as I depict - but this is fiction after all.
This vignette was a direct result of reading the draft of Zipper D Dude's Lisa - before he added a resolution that wasn't as stark as he started with.

Zipper put a lot of thought into this one, and even if you decide you don't like it, and especially if you do, please vote and drop him a note telling him why.
The same applies to me. I've poked a couple of sensitive topics in this story - this chapter included. I'm encouraged by the overall rating this story has at present, but I'd much rather have an explanation why you rated the way you did. Low and high. When there is an outlying 1 or 2, it is easy to write it off as an aberrant troll - but if there is a serious reason for the vote, I would sure like to be told what it is.
