I have heard the cries from those of you who enjoy my mermaid series, Cala de Sirena, and I'm happy to report a new entry has finally been submitted. My sincere apologies for not posting sooner, but I tend to be my own worst critic about if they are good enough to post or not. I'm not done with this series as I'm working on more stories. I'm trying to post them in the correct chronological order from her on forward as apposed to the timeline issues with Return to Cala and Joy's Birth and I'm also addressing the issues with Amy from Return that many of you brought up with my next piece. Again, thank you all for sticking with me and being patient.

I can't believe that once again my submission has placed in the top three but Labyrinth of Lust has done just that. I am beyond proud and grateful to all those who voted and to those waiting to read it, I hope you will find it is worth the wait. The competition was quite stiff this year (pun intended) and I'm honored to be among them. Of course I would have wanted to win... but 3rd place is still a victory.
Congratulations to the 1st and 2nd place winners for a job well done. I'm honored to be in your company.
A while back I posted a blog about a hurtful email I received from some coward who sent me an anonymous message over one of my stories. Since then I've gotten some of the nicest emails from people here on this site that I wanted to take a moment and thank you all. I know some thought I was being a bit "thinned skinned" but my point was that if you are going to write me a message, positive or negative, be willing to hear my response.
To those who took the time to write either about the blog or one of my stories, I thank you all. For those who have made my stories the successful pieces they are, I thank you as well. I know I've been told it's my talent, but the truth is, my talent only goes so far. It's the readers who can make or break you. You guys & gals are the ones who make a writer like myself feel like a winner.
Thank you all for your support.

This is directed to anyone who feels the need to send a hurtful and vicious filled email because he or she doesn't like a story I wrote.
You are entitled to your opinion. I respect that. But at least have the balls to include your name and/or email so I can respond. Otherwise, keep your opinion to yourself. I don't write for you, I write for me. The story Click Here was written for a story contest on another site. It didn't win but it did score well and for the most part, I got positive feedback.
I know this isn't the only story that has gotten negative feedback on. But at least those who didn't like my work who felt the need to write an email to me about, didn't hide behind anonymous emails. They had the courage to hear my reply.
I don't care if someone doesn't like my stories. But I wish those who feel the need to criticize remember the author is a human being with feelings. Your hurtful email pissed me off more hurt me.
Do me a favor... grow a set. I have.
I wish to thank the Premier Members for their votes & support making my erotic and strange tale of love, loss, and sex the 2nd prize winner in the 2012 Halloween Story Contest.
I also with to thank Bob, my wonderful editor who made some great suggestions, and helped me heat up my story and fix my errors. This is the first story contest I've ever won a prize in, and to be in the top 3 is a great honor. It's given me the strength and encouragement to move on & keep writing.
Thank you all again!
