I just sent the chapter off to the editor to read over for mistakes. I changed one of the scenes around because it didn't make sense in the story the way it was written.

I was going to make this chapter longer, but in the end, it would have been around 20k words. So I'll start chapter 17 probably Friday.

Chapter 16 is coming along nicely. I've gotten 5k words written so far and I've got all day (After hubs and I get back from the range) to write. I'm planning on having it in the queue for publishing in by Wednesday at the latest.

I had to do something to break the writer's block I had with Eldest Son, so I went through and made some changes to another story I wrote on another website. Let me know what you think.

Also, the block is clear, and I'll be starting up (Again) on Eldest Son tomorrow morning...

I hope that you're all doing well and you and your families are avoiding COVID 19 like the plague that it is.

I know I promised you an update last week, but with Liz's guard unit activating, it's been rather tough to do much of anything other than taking care of life around here. We all know college-aged kids need their 13-18 hours of sleep in order to function properly so they're not a lot of help. Don't get me wrong, it's nice having the kids home, but I'm ready for them to go back to college now (They put a real crimp in mine and Liz's "us" time. HAHAHA).

As I said, Liz's guard unit activated and she's going into work every morning and not getting home till late. She's on staff, so no, she's not on the front lines of the Wu-tang flu epidemic. I know you all want an update on Eldest Son, so here it is in a but shell.

The outline has been reworked and is finished. Liz didn't like the way it was going, so she asked me to go over it and make some changes. Here they are in a nutshell. Rostamifir is going to get "aggressively questioned" and Petra is going to start hacking the Kolab server. We'll also get a look into the FBI task force that's working the Michaels angle.

Also, I'm going through one of my stories that Liz posted on another site and redoing it so it will work in with Eldest Son.
