Rick is going to go back through one section of chapter 17 and rewrite it since it didn't make very much sense. Thursday at the latest for publishing.

Is finally at the proofreaders. Between a master's thesis, the wu-bonic plague, Rick getting his shoulder screwed up while mountain biking, and everything else... It's finished. I'm planning on putting it into the queue for publishing by Wednesday at the latest. This will be the end of part one of Project: Eldest Son. Part two will be the team working against the Iranians with a smattering of Chinese or North Korean in there as well. I'll open it up for a vote, let me know which you'd like to see as the antagonist between China and N Korea.

I'm planning on switching over to Meredith and Vengeance for a couple of chapters to give my mind some time to rest from military things for a bit.

Thanks for the emails asking about the next chapter of Eldest Son. Rick has about 2k words written so far. I'm resuming the writing probably Wednesday. It's been tough to do much writing while trying to get caught up on work after the Wu-Tang flu thing.

I would like some opinions if you would indulge me. Are you as readers happy the direction the story is going? If you're not, tell me how you'd like to see it. If you are happy with it, please tell us what you like.
