"It was the 11th hour, of the 11th day of the 11th month..."
Ladies and Gentlemen, November 11th is Veterans Day here in the United States, and also known as Armistice Day in Europe. A day first recognized to honor the brave people who fought in WWI, and eventually it was a day to honor all who have served in the military, especially those who served during a time of war.
To those of you who have served in the military (and I am told than less than 2% of Americans enlist), I offer my grateful thanks.

In Chapter 8 of Fugitivas, everyone has lunch at a place called "The Cantina". This is an actual place where you can enjoy a fantastic meal. The web link for this restaurant is posted at the bottom of the chapter. If you travel through Lodi, please check it out. (And the fish tacos are actually MY favorite item on the menu.)
Happy Extra Hour Sunday! A lot of people make jokes about the whole "fall back" thing and resetting clocks. But there is something else that is very important to remember. Today, go open the hood of your car and reverse the battery cables. This will not only reset you clock in the car, but it allows you to switch the settings from A/C back to heater! Feel free to follow me for more car pro tips!
What is a ghosts favorite fruit? BOO-Berry!
How do you fix a broken Jack-O-Lantern? With a pumpkin patch!
What do you call 2 witches sharing an apartment? Broom-mates!
Why didn’t the skeleton go to prom? He had no body to go with.
Who did Igor invite to the Halloween party? An old friend he dug up!
Chapter 5 should be posting soon. It is not as long as other chapters, because it is sort of a "transitional" chapter that has Brandi and Lupe moving in a slightly new direction that includes dancing penguins. Seriously.
