In honor of Memorial Day weekend here in the US I've submitted three chapters (10-12) which should be posted soon. Please enjoy the weekend as we honor those who've made the ultimate sacrifice and given there all for our freedom.
Chapters 8 & 9 have been submitted to the moderators and should be posted soon. Chapter 9 is slightly shorter than my usual chapters and should be read with Chapter 8 so I decided to post them together.

The response to last weeks question about the turn in downloads was overwhelming to say the least. As I suspected the vast majority attributed it to readers buying the book instead of waiting for the weekly serialized version here on SOL. Many readers responded that they were waiting for more chapters to post to begin reading while one reader let me know the story was boring.
Since I never expected everyone to like the story I can live quite easily with one negative response.

Chapters 4 and 5 have been submitted to the moderators and should be posted soon.
Emails and comments have been down significantly from the previous books as have the number of downloads. Perhaps it's a result of many folks buying the books (sales are up significantly) or perhaps the story has become stale or predictable. I'm interested in hearing your thoughts on this and any other issues or questions you may have.
