I had some feedback regarding the pictures not showing up in the downloaded versions of the stories. Well, it seems like the pics are place alongside the story, and not inside the text. I found that if you download the HTML version, the pictures are included in the download. I hope this helps.

The saga continue and chapter 009 will be available later today. I say "later today," because it is now 10:01 here where I am, And I know that most of the USA are sleeping. Some in the east of me are getting ready for lunch or just had lunch! Bless you. Hope you left some for me when I get to that part. (LOL) Anyway, SOL publish the chapter around 14:00 to 15:00, my time.

Those of you following the news… Don't worry! All is still rosy here and don't believe all the sensation and Bu%%#&t being propagated everywhere! So with that being said, I hope that Moodies and those Ass&*(@ read this and stop the ZAR from going done the drain. I would also like to buy some stuff online, but it seems like I need to have to be a millionaire these days, to be able to buy something for 50 dollars or 70 euro! (That's why I write so slow. My laptop is so old, it still runs on paraffin and DOS 3! LOL)

Hi there and good morning to all. (Good evening to those where the sun is now setting.)

With winter now taking a hike and the daily temps on the rise it now becomes the time when RH will use that dreaded words: "Yard Work!"

Not that I mind. It's such a pleasure to sit outside and write a chapter or two, while being surrounded by the nice flowers and nicely flat green grass (lawn, for those of you not familiar with the word, "grass.")

While most of the world, on the western half of the world, will be waking up and decide on breakfast, and the Eastern half will be considering supper, we here in the middle just had lunch. And chapter 7 of "Desert Rose" will become available.

Just a word of warning: There's a little dialogue that will be confusing for those of you that had never played around with software engineering. It will be a banter between Ash and the Grumpy Old Voice. Please take it at face value, because the explanation will take about 3 pages. Though it is straight forward and made sense to all my editors. Only one of them commented by saying: "Some readers will be cross-eyed to work that one out..."

The reason I've put it there, is to have the reader be aware of the CODE, hidden in Angie's letter from her mother. So, that code will be addressed later, but the current maths, or software engineering thing, will just whet your appetite.

That said: Enjoy the chapter. The next one is already in the oven and heating up.

Then there was the letter… Oops, what now? Sorry to do this to you, but it reminds me of a poor student at Collage. His father paid for his studies and also provided some pocket money…

What a few days. Wrong documents flying across the Atlantic, technical issues with MS Word, A mail not send… Yeah, it happens. But why all at once?

Anyway, we did get through it and Desert Rose Chapter 4 will be up later today. Also, with all this stuff happening, I did finish Chapter 5! That one will be up in a day or two. Make it one day. I'm just waiting on one editor to finish, then without delay, it will also be posted.
