Well chapter 10 is about to be uploaded and chapter 11 is off to the editors. In chapter 10 there’s an interlude where Dusty needs to put Andrea at ease after her ordeal as “CEO” of Quad Five.

Some of you will find the interlude an interesting titbit, and some will not. Sorry to those that don’t think it is relevant, but all my editors agree that it does not detract from the story and keep in line with the interwoven historical facts about South Africa.

To my South African readers: This is the true story of “Just Nuisance.” Although, there are many facts that I did not include. You will find many websites that do reflect all the facts. I only touched on the highlights. (And I left out his wrap sheet of offences by intention.)

As I am not allowed to give URLs on this blog, just follow the way Dusty told Andrea to search for the facts. (LOL, there's many ways to skin a cat...)

Hi all!

And so it seems that the airport has fixed their substation and were switched back to their own grid. This now means that we are back off the airport grid and get to have load-shedding again. Grrrrrrr! Up to 6 hours a day and that stuffs me around for uploading. No electric and the Cell towers goes down, because some....... (I rather not say) has stolen the battery backup for the towers.

Besides that load-shedding, we had the power go off because of a 132Kv trip in some substation. Three days in a row! Madness!

Life seems to go on… With the Redhead and my Sister-in-Law still on holiday, and all the “One must…” tasks completed, I can eventually get around to post chapter 8 and work on chapter 10. So far so good. But I don’t trust the quiet silence from the two giggle-squad members.

Hi all!

The week just flew past with the redhead on holiday again. Yes, there was a lot to do and not much time for writing but, all is not lost chapter 9 will be going out to the editors soon and chapter six will be posted shortly.

Well, before the cell towers go out again due to the incompetent Eskom, let me get the chapter 6 zip file uploaded.

Man that WhatsApp social media thing is great. Just think, making an international video call to one of my friends in the USA, and it cost only a wee bit of data. Not an arm and a leg on normal call rates! BUT then the cell towers must be on! And even the redhead chats to her friend in Europe! (Every night!)

Thanks for all the emails and comments. It is appreciated. Yes, I know that SOL don’t want me to discuss the individual vote scores, but I do get a laugh out of the voting! Though the 10, and 9 votes do top the charts, (and therefore I thank you sincerely.) there’s still 11 or so 4, 5, and 6 votes.

As I said: it is cause of some good laughs compared to the feedback I get. I’m in it for the fun and not score or winning any accolades. No, the fun is the thing and making friends all over the world, and did I make friends! From the USA to the Philippines, from Sweden to even as far as the Falkland Islands! (Yes, Russia, Ukraine and even from the Arab Emirates.) I appreciate all!
