One never knows what genre story will appeal to readers. Only time will tell. the 500 original stories of Harry lime are generally popular. My lowest one has 662 downloads and my highest one has 116,862 downloads. My average downloads for all 500 stories is over 6K. I am doing my best to conclude unfinished stories. At the moment I have about 30 of those. That is down from 220 just a couple of years ago. I hope to go over 3 Million by the end of October. At that point, I will be able to return to my other 19 pen-names to update those stories. Thank you to all readers.

Update on "A Weed in the Garden"

Just added chapter 15 to book II of this story of reluctant Jihadism. It is in this chapter that I begin to unfold the direction of book II. I must admit that current events have inspired my fictional juices and I assure all readers that none of the content comes from the closed off "classified" recesses of my brain housing group. I can only say that reality is often stranger than fiction in such matters. This story is heavily laden with sexual content and I apologize to my more sensitive readers. I am in the process of writing a "censored" version of the story for younger readers. I was berated by UK readers after several Terrorist events in London happened in the same time frame but assure all readers it was entirely coincidental. I am still trying to figure out the logistics of adding the missing first chapter in accordance with the SOL format. Please bear with me as I make that correction.

Solved mystery of missing chapter in "A Weed in the Garden"

The mix- up on chapter 11-12 was due to missing the first chapter of the story. I don't know how that happened but it was probably something I did in entry wrong and was not the fault of SOL. I will be sure to correct the error as soon as possible. That first chapter is quite crucial to the entire story and there is also an introduction that goes with it. Please excuse my long delay in continuing this story which I excuse by illness and deaths in the family. I anticipate that book II will be about the same length as book I of 12 chapters. I am unsure if there will be a book III because of the uncertainty of danger in such scenarios.

Missing chapter in book I of "A Weed in the Garden"

A reader kindly advised me of an error in book I in that chapter 12 is a repeat of chapter 11. I am trying to reconstruct the sequence of the story and that means sifting through various laptops to research original manuscripts. I managed to delete the end note concerning chapter 12 from the chapter 13 format. My recent decision to continue with book II on this story ran counter to my desire to clean up the 500 Harry Lime stories and finish with them once and all. I notice I have 27 stories to update as unfinished and will start on that ASAP. When I solve the mystery of the missing chapter I will correct book I. Thanks to all my readers of the Harry Lime stories (2.9 Million at last count) for bearing with me as I navigate this river of content on the Harry Lime stories as well as the other 19 pennames I write under.

Book II of "A Weed in the Garden" is starting now.

Our aspiring Jihadist is moving from Canada to Pakistan working for Canadian Intelligence services. He is a most wanted man in the UK for his covert activities. His Islamic bosses think him dead and hope he will stay that way because he was a failed Jihadist, a failed agent and had fallen prey to the vices of the Western world. His handler has no idea that he is a well-versed Terrorist with his own agenda and she falls into his trap of addictive seduction. He had never considered Afghanistan to be his downfall but it is always a case of "As Allah Wills!"
