Stupid Boy - Junior Year (Final Chapter)

Posted at

It feels good to be able to say that it is now posted.

I recently went back and reread the first book in the series. I want to thank everyone for allowing me to learn my craft at your expense. I've used Stupid Boy as a writing exercise, trying to write every day. Writing is one of those things that you have to work at.

Not all my efforts or plot lines have been successful, but you hopefully learn from those mistakes.

So, what's next? I've finished the next book (Junior Year - Part II). I'm getting feedback from the readers that received the pre-release and we are working to correct anything they are finding. It will start posting on SOL on August 26.

I'm currently writing Junior Year Part III, which covers the summer time frame of the story. Last time I took a break from Stupid Boy and wrote a few shorter stories (Little Tony, Sell Anything on Craigslist and Getting it Wrong). If I need a break again I will probably work on Getting it Done and I have another story The Third Son that needs to be written.

Thank you again for all your feedback and letting me learn my craft at your expense.

... by Hooriya Ahmed send me a message. He actually emailed me and I will give you his email address.

It might be wise to write a cease and desist letter or have an attorney do it.

Update: He actually signed a cease and desist letter.

Dear Greg,

Thank you for your message. Please be advised that we are in the process of removing the following Kindle titles from sale on all Amazon sites:

Junior Year Fall A Stupid Boy Story ASIN: B01MT3NS9X

It typically takes 2-3 days for the changes to be reflected on the sites. We trust this will bring this matter to a close.

There is also a link on Amazon for Copyright Infringement, that I've used. A follow-up email sound like a logical step.
