I assume anyone with artificial bone implants would ask a doctor to remove implant before rejuv.
If not, the bone implant would be pushed aside by the regenerated bone. The implant then would damage surrounding tissue. The rejuv would again push aside the implant until it was finally forced out of the body.

Both, the default is "all or nothing". It can be as selective as needed.

Yes the default setting for the rejuv process is to rejuvenate everything. It closes holes made by piercings and removes scars. Also by default, a circumcised penis would regrow its foreskin.
However, the rejuv process can be set to not regrow hymens and foreskins, nor remove scars and close piercing holes.

Yes, it does. I did that on purpose. It is a series of sex scenes with some "glue" sentences between to connect them.
It is an experiment. So far "Proper Behavior for Young Women" has no "1" thru "4" scores. It has an overall score of 6.26.
My other stories have a lot of "1" thru "3" scores, mostly "1"s. Their overall scores are in the "4"s and "5"s.
Considering that less than 1% of my readers vote and it only takes a few seconds to vote, I guess what the overwhelming majority of my readers are telling me is that they don't want me to continue writing new chapters for stories like "Housewife Harvest".
If the overall score of any of those other stories get up into the "6"s then I will start posting new chapters for them.
I submitted the first chapter of my third story "Housewife Harvest". I turned the voting off on it for the time being.
I will be holding off posting any more chapters to "Indentured: A New Beginning" and "Taking Ownership of Belinda" until I see what the voting scores are like.
I have been told that I write in a genre that is scored low by the voters and that it would be better to post to other sites than SOL.
