Hello Malachar's Curse readers! I just wanted to give anyone who's interested a heads up. Chapter ten is finished, but I feel that it would be better received if I published both ten and eleven at the same time in the interest of continuity. It seems as if I have the same problem that some writers have (Oddly enough, they also happen to be a couple of my favorites) things get bigger than I planned. (Stephen King, Robert Jordan, Terry Goodkind...I'm sure there are others, but I'm exhausted, and my brain is running at low capacity.) What originally-in my head-was going to be one large chapter has morphed into three large chapters!
Chapter nine was 18,652 words, and right now (before the last edit), chapter ten is sitting at 15,346. I have just started chapter eleven, and I would hazard a guess that it will end up containing around 12,000 or so. At least I am true to myself, I am writing what I like to read, long-ass novels full of description and character development. Please have patience, chapter ten and eleven are on their way, and then I am going to post chapter 38 of Curiosity Killed the Cat, which is about a fifth of the way written.

Hello, Malachar's curse readers. I added a new cover page containing a picture of the all main female character's eyes-for those that are interested in such things. Chapter ten is almost completed, it was going to be chapter nine, but the section got to be so bloated that I had to chop it apart.

A shout out to all of my readers. Sorry about the delay between chapters for both of my stories. I've been under the weather for the past few days (head cold) and had to help my aging father make a few unscheduled hospital trips. Chapter 9 of Malachar's curse is almost done, and I expect to be posting it tomorrow, and the next chapter in Curiosity Killed the Cat should follow a couple days after that.

Hello, to all of my readers old and new! Chapter 8 of Malachar's Curse has posted, and I am diligently working on Chapter 37 for my Curiosity Killed the Cat story. Following that will be chapter 9 of Malachar's Curse, and then it could be either-or. Rest assured that they are both getting attention and that I have detailed plans that I am eager to put down into the thousands of words that each of my chapters entail. I am grateful yet again for the multitude of emails expressing your love of my work; it is humbling, and it induces the warm feelings for which I write for in the first place. Without readers to enjoy it, the authors' words are as lonely as an epitaph written upon a forgotten grave.
