I found a bit of free time in what will be a long work day to upload Chapter 61, which I'll do immediately after posting this.
Work, holidays, other stuff, and a revamping of Chapter 60 which I thought was mostly complete, but it was poor and went where I didn't want it to go. That is not all that rare for me, as I write mostly late at night, then find stuff in what I wrote that I didn't really want once I looked it over in the next day or so. I hope to have it up on the weekend.
Two nights ago, I re-submitted Chapters 51 and 52 to fix some minor errors and a story-flow problem. Unfortunately, they were uploaded in the correct order -- I think -- but were given chapter numbers of 59 and 60, despite that there was already a Chapter 59. I've got most of the real Chapter 60 written, but will wait to upload it until the previous problem is corrected.
My muse decided that she didn't need another vacation after the weekend's news, so I've made some progress on multiple chapters. However, some travel and work commitments in the near-term future may limit how much work and/or uploading I get done for a couple weeks. We'll see.
