Ok, sorry it's slow progress towards the end, but I've just uploaded chapter 33.
I've written about 50% of chapter 34 this afternoon, so hopefully I'll get it uploaded in a few days.
Due to another plot element cropping up as I was writing chapter 34 I think the whole story as a bit more life in it, so I'm pushing it from 35 to possibly 40 chapters, maybe 300k words in total. But who knows, definitely not me, this story has a life of its own.
Thanks for sticking with me so far, I hope you think it's worth the effort, because I'm having a ball with these characters...

Firstly, thank you so, so much for all the wonderful feedback I've had for this story. It's been a rollercoaster writing about Poppy's life, she's taking me places I've never been before, and it's very emotional writing her story.

I've added three more chapters, I hope you enjoy them.

I should explain that the bulk of this story was written during lockdown when I was mostly working from home, so I had plenty of time to think and write.
Now though I'm back in the office full time, so progress has slowed somewhat I'm afraid.
I'm trying to be disciplined and write as much as I can, because I'm as keen as you are to see where this story goes.

So, people seem to be really enjoying my new story. I've uploaded another 14 parts, so you're pretty much up to date with where I'm at with the story.
I'll we continuing to write the story, my current end goal for the story is about another 4 or 5 parts, and I hope to have it finished before to long.

I've just uploaded the first 15 parts of my current work in progress.
This story was started before my Naomi stories, the main character Poppy is basically the prototype from Pixie in those stories.
I looked back at this story after posting the second Naomi story and decided Poppy's story deserved to be told. I thought it would be novella size, 30-40k words, but I soon realised there was so much more to be told, so I think we're looking at 250-275k words.
