Tamalain: Blog

This writing has been in the works for a few weeks. I did have it extended further, but decided to make this part a stand alone story. Enjoy, and as always, feedback is welcome.

V'ger was a simple idea to look at the events from the movie from another point a view. I find it to be a good mental exercise in understanding a story and events. Take any show, and book, any movie and pick a bystander that witnessed the events in question and write a story from that point of view. Insights abound if you look at it that way.

I was able to finish this one easily enough since I know the Movie in question by heart. I have been looking over several stories I have started and stalled on. I think I will finally be able to restart them, included a few of Tamalain during her time in school and the beginnings of Young Tama at the Butcherblock docks after her Grandmother passed on.

The newest chapter of the series of stories in the Great Airship Race has been submitted. Enjoy folks.

It has been a rough period for me to write. I would just sit and stare at the screen and nothing would come out. Now I have been making progress on several stories. The Normandy leg of the Airship series is done and I need to hard edit it. Another on the Tamalain series is nearly finished and another from her Academy days is started. I have another story series I started and stalled on. I plan to rework it and get it going again finally. It is a good one. Have a good weekend folks.
