I'm sure there are people who are waiting for the next chapters, and I apologize for the delay, but I am working through an editing pass of the chapters already written. I have gone through and made notes for the first 8 chapters (about 50% of the story) and have made my changes for chapters 1-5 which are in the hopper to be uploaded. Again, I do in fact plan to continue, but as a few of you have pointed out I had major flaws with my previous chapters that broke suspension of disbelief and I feel those must be fixed before I go on.

There is going to be a slight delay in posting the next chapter. I am reviewing and revising my previous chapters to correct for errors and bring the early chapters up to my current style of writing. There won't be any changes to the plot, just better description and better paragraphing. There won't be any need for people who have already read chapters 1 - 11 to re-read, unless you want to :). Hopefully, this will help new readers to better enjoy the story from the beginning and not have to wait for my style to develop in the later chapters. Once this has been done (and I don't think it should take more than a week at most) I'll resume posting new chapters. I know I left it off at a turning point and I promise I am not letting the story die here. I still have plenty outlined, to the point that I am thinking it may have to become a series instead of a single book, but we will see if that is true in time.

The next chapter is finally in the hopper. Sorry for the delay, but I had a scene in this chapter that I wasn't happy with. It was progressing the story too quickly and I ended up cutting it from the chapter. Don't worry, I'll keep it in my back pocket and try to resurrect it later.

Please let me know you thoughts. Is the story progressing too slowly, too quickly? Is there anything I can add to make it better?

Chapter 9 is posted. I want to say, even though this story so far has been very heavy on the FF this chapter introduces some of the MF you can expect. I have read and edited this before posting this time, so hopefully no huge glaring mistakes. Please if this needs additional editing, let me know and I'll fix any errors. I haven't heard much about a need for additional editing, if I do, I'll try to find an editor for this before I keep posting.

I have submitted Chapter 8 to be reposted. There is nothing new in it if you have already read it to force you to read it again. I have noticed that some major errors have slipped through and gotten posted. Thank you to readers who have pointed this out. I had been posting draft versions to get the story up faster, but I think that might be ruining the story. Especially with some of the major mistakes I missed. Therefore I am going to start re-reading and editing my chapters before I post them. This may mean that sometimes it takes a little longer to get them posted, but I think they will be better that way.
