I must apologize to those people who I told something that turns out not to be true.
I told some of you that the Bravo version of Shooting (in) Hannah was twelve chapters long. It turns out that chapter twelve had chapters thirteen and fourteen folded into it. All the proofreading and editing is done with the story in one file. The last thing I do is break it up into chapters. In this case, I failed to pull 13 and 14 out of things and give them their own identity.
So when you read chapter twelve, it's not finished.
Sorry for the confusion.

I started posting version Bravo of Shooting (in) Hannah. If you read the Alpha version, it may seem familiar for the first few chapters. It moves faster than Alpha did, with less reluctance. But that's because it's heading for a completely different place. It's much longer and there are more characters. It isn't quite the pipe dream Alpha was.
I think that's all I'll say for now. This blog entry probably should have been a foreword, but I'd already posted the first two chapters by the time I figured that out.
Thanks for reading.

Since the sun will be eaten by an angry sky-dragon today, and the world will end, I decided to throw up a story that's ready to go.
I was so rattled about this that I reverted to habit and only put up two of the eight chapters. I actually meant to post the whole thing, what with how I won't get another chance, according to what was on the sign a homeless guy was waving at me the other day.
But it's a real pain in the behind to cancel a submission and start all over again so I'm going to take my chances and hope that the sky-dragon will puke the sun back up.
If it does, I'll post the rest of it this week.
Actually, you probably wouldn't have had time to read the whole thing before the world ended anyway. It's pretty slow, in my opinion.
Oh. I almost forgot. It's called Shooting (in) Hannah and version Bravo is ready to post, too. If the world doesn't end I'll post Bravo next week. It's twelve chapters long.
But I have to go now. The livestock are uneasy and the dog is howling. There's a popping noise coming from the direction of my crazy neighbor that might be gunfire.
I hope I see you tomorrow.

I extended the number of "Tumblr" stories by finishing one about cousins. The reason it took so long (since the last Tumblr story was posted) was because I got neck deep in the first draft and then didn't like it. So I put it on the back burner and only recently dusted it off and started over.
I know some of you don't like to start reading until the whole thing is available. For you guys, it's ten chapters long, and at two chapters a day it will be completely posted in one week.
I hope it's a worthy addition to the group.

It's been a while since my muse gave me a blues story. I never know when one of those is going to show up. I like them, though, so I'm always glad when it happens. And now, after quite a while, it has.
This one is called The City Girl Blues and it's fourteen chapters long. The teaser gives you some idea of what to expect.
As usual I think it's slow and Michelle disagrees with me.
I hope it brings you pleasure.
Bob
