I was a notoriously poor student and as far as learning grammar tools I never really understood them while in school. And quite obviously still don't.

My so call English teacher seemed to think if I didn't already know these things he wasn't going to waste his time explaining them to me. So I never learned them.

So I ended up hating to do an essay type tests, give my a multiple-guess and I would get high marks always in the upper 90's, Essays they were kind enough not to give me an F but I never scored anything above a D

I did learn to write, just not the proper forms, what I do now has come after many long years of painful learning on my own. and along the way I have picked up a lot of bad habits.

I still have trouble knowing what a noun is or a verb are or whatever as the case may be, and some of the terms I am just now re-learning about.

Punctuation? lol I don't know the meaning of the word, let alone how to use them.

If I learn anything while writing here I have all you to thank for it.

So all the help I have been getting here is a win-win for me.

I have just been learning about these html tags buttons, but I don't understand some of them as the results look the same with some of them

Greeting all

1st off I want to thank all the many people who have made comments, and have pointed out my errors. You might think a writer might grow to hate having them pointed out to him. Not me, I am a glutton for punishment. Besides I like a well written story as well as the next person, and after reading my own stories after posting them, I was thinking the commenter's were being too kind.

I have been getting some very good help, the thing is I want to post before they send back their edits.

This I believe is now costing me readers wanting to see more.

Many like the story, but wading through the errors is growing old. and they will stop unless I correct them, So I'm going to keep on writing but only posting once a week giving my editors time to do their thing.


When I went into this it was with my eyes wide open as far as realizing how poor my writing skills went. I was hoping to improve and I thought well it can't be that hard.

OK my eyes were open but I was still not seeing but I am learning. this is my first attempt at writing for others enjoyment, and it has been a joy to find so many people enjoy my work.

I am not going to stop, as the way I write I really do not know what is going to happen next, and I want to find out too!

I have an idea, but the devil is in the details.

Now I have read a lot of good stories that started then for some reason the author stopped. This story will have an ending even if I end up blowing up the world to do it. What can I say 'shit happens' But that is not going to happen here. I may not add a second story, but I will finish this one.

I want to thank everyone who has helped if not for you it would be a lot worse. This story is as much yours as it is mine.

I have gotten advice as a new writer, and I am acting on it as quickly as I can. There are a lot of tools I didn't know I had at hand, and it is a learning experience. I love it, I was thinking hell before this I was just breathing air, now I am breathing life.

My slaves have been hard at work, having deprived them of food and water they have finally returned chapters 3 and 4.

Giving the chapters a final read though and I will post them in just a bit.

I may reward them by giving them a half day off, only working them 12hr.

Moving along on chapter 5 give me a week or so and it will be ready. It will depend on how much I may have to crack the whip.

The reason for my posting this is that I am getting a lot of comments of my older revisions, and not on the latest update.

As I wish to be receptive to your help, it becoming flustering looking for errors that are no longer there.

If people are still finding errors in the updated posting. I will be looking into them. Please before sending a suggestion, look to see if it may already been fixed. I made a lot of updates, I feel these last ones cover 99% of the errors you have all found.

Be advised my ISP, has a nasty habit of not sending my emails in a timely manor, So if I receive an Email dated before my last update I will not be replying as I have been.

I have been trying to reply to each, and have been happy to do so.

Be understanding. I am new and just figuring this all out.
