Hello, Everyone.
I've posted a new short story for your enjoyment. It runs at 5,048 words. This is my first attempt to use the Shantaram Story Architecture. It was quite challenging as SSA is a process for novel development, not short stories.
If you look close you will find a mythic structure that the story is woven upon. Concerning the narrative itself, it is fiction based upon events that occurred in my younger years. Of course, there is a great deal of literary license used to fit the narrative within the framework.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I did writing it.

Hello Everyone,
My name is Darian Wolfe and I am interested in learning to write better short stories. I have published and sold some writings under another name so I am not an absolute beginner. Yet, there is always more to learn.
The more I've thought about it, I've realized that short stories are my niche. So here I am. Each story will be completed before posting. I am always open to criticism.
