If someone is going to read those four then they should also look at the next - and so far last - one in that series, the Milk Run.
I'm assuming the false accusation was Needles' ex and her lover accusing him of all kinds of violence and cruelty. Needles only makes a guest appearance in the Milk Run but that one carries its own false accusation.
