I'd projected posting chapter 32 by Saturday, May 5. Unfortunately, that isn't going to happen. I'm struggling with this chapter a lot more than I'd expected. I don't like the shape it is in, and I feel like I'm getting no where with it right now. So, I've decided to put the story aside for a while and focus on some other things for now.
I have dozens of ideas for stories I've partially sketched out over the past ten years. One of them is a sequel to "Mark Tells His Story". I've had a number of readers asking for a continuation to that series of stories. Now might be a good time for it.
Thanks again for the feedback. I know some of you won't be pleased with this, but I appreciate your patience.

I've reposted edited versions of the Cast of Characters, chapters 9-20 & 27-31.
Nothing of major consequence changed other than correcting some continuity problems and poor grammar on my part. However, I did throw in some additional dialogue here and there, especially between Melissa and her parents.
All of the chapters have been reposted now. Thanks go to my editor, Nick, for all the hard work.
Some new characters have been added to the Cast page for upcoming chapters. Most of these characters will mainly appear in Book 2. Some additional details have been added to many of the existing characters.
I tentatively plan to post chapter 32 around May 5, but that could easily change. I want to get several chapters ahead before I begin posting again. My goal is to get back to posting a chapter every two weeks.

NOTE TO READERS: Several people have emailed me saying they can't find "Melissa's Secrets" on my author's page. If you do not have the Access Level on the Preferences section of "My Account" set to "Full Access", you won't see all of my stories, specifically "Melissa's Secrets".

As for my dilemma ...
Chapter 31 of "Melissa's Secrets" might get delayed. Due to corrections to earlier chapters 1-20 (which I have not yet reposted), I had a continuity issue to work out with my editor, Nick. Therefore, it could be next week before everything is finalized.
