The basic premise is a post-apocalyptic world, where God withdraws his angelic legions from Earth, leaving it to the rampaging demonic hoardes. As a last-ditch attempt to quell the tides of darkness, the Archangel Azrael is sent back through time via a portal, with a sacred mission to prevent armageddon, destroying evil along the way. Follow Azrael and his trusty companions on an adventure spanning over several millenia in time, and across multiple dimensions.
