The story of a young man who has to leave his tribe and his family to live among other younglings his age for ten years. This is a short story I wrote a few months ago, inspired by the Conan the Destroyer series written by Robert Jordan. (Caution: graphic violence)
Hamatsa has been imprisoned in an underground room his entire life. He doesn't know the people responsible for his predicament, nor does he have any idea regarding the reason why. Now, he has a chance at freedom, and perhaps some answers.
Vasha the Red is a lazy man. He likes his job as a murderer, but he prefers whoring and drinking to working. The problem is, living in the city of Karanas is not cheap. The rents are always rising and good ale is hard to find.
