Who is crazy enough to like exercise? Certainly not me. After a twenty-plus-year career as a student-athlete, I do not voluntarily do more exercise than I absolutely have to anymore. But that does not mean I don't get out and get some fresh air, and enjoy the wildlife.

Getting out of the house is always a good idea. But who knew I would run into her while helping at a neighbourhood bike race? And her bike buddy. And the fun we would have.
