ISIL is the initial main target, but they go after drug smugglers, human traffickers, and anybody else who tries to harm innocents.

After learning some of the less happy aspects of life, he becomes a vigilante. This a story about people as well as an action story, so I hope you like it. There is no sex because I did not think that the plot warranted it.
