“So ... this is the current draft of the proposed treaty between our parties. The focus of this pact is as follows:

1. The undersigned parties shall recognize the constitutional and international legitimacy, independence, national sovereignty, and territorial integrity of the Commonwealth of Haven in its present borders, to include such territorial entities as the former American states of Oregon and Washington, and Alaska, the former Canadian province of British Columbia, the northern panhandle of the former American state of Idaho, the northern part of the former American state of Nevada, the former Canadian Yukon and Northwest Territories, and the former American state of California north of Kings, Tulare, Inyo, and San Luis Obispo Counties, minus all sovereign indigenous tribal nations and their territories. They shall engage with said nation on the basis of full equality in the family of nations and full respect for their rights as nations under international law.

2. This treaty shall thus annex and incorporate all of Fresno County, the site of this present summit, within the territory of said nation, notably the City of Fresno itself.

3. The undersigned parties shall recognize the constitutional and international legitimacy, independence, national sovereignty, and territorial integrity of all tribal nations and any other such entities in their present borders. They shall engage with said nations on the basis of full equality in the family of nations and full respect for their rights as nations under international law.

4. The undersigned parties shall recognize the constitutional and international legitimacy, independence, national sovereignty, and territorial integrity of the Republic of Orange and the San Diego Free State in their present borders. They shall engage with said nation on the basis of full equality in the family of nations and full respect for their rights as nations under international law.

5. The undersigned parties shall recognize the constitutional and international legitimacy, independence, national sovereignty, and territorial integrity of the Republic of South Nevada in its present borders. They shall engage with said nation on the basis of full equality in the family of nations and full respect for their rights as nations under international law.

6. The undersigned parties shall recognize the constitutional and international legitimacy, independence, national sovereignty, and territorial integrity of the Democratic Republic of Sonora and Aztlan in its present borders. They shall engage with said nation on the basis of full equality in the family of nations and full respect for their rights as nations under international law.

7. The undersigned parties shall recognize the constitutional and international legitimacy, independence, national sovereignty, and territorial integrity of the Kingdom of Hawaii in its present borders. They shall engage with said nation on the basis of full equality in the family of nations and full respect for their rights as nations under international law.

8. The undersigned parties shall recognize the constitutional and international legitimacy, independence, national sovereignty, and territorial integrity of the Sovereign Community and State of Hanford and Corcoran in its present borders, which shall consist of the entire territory of the former Kings County. They shall engage with said nation on the basis of full equality in the family of nations and full respect for their rights as nations under international law.

9. The undersigned parties shall recognize the constitutional and international legitimacy, independence, national sovereignty, and territorial integrity of the Republic of Tulare in its present borders, which shall consist of the entire territory of the former Tulare County. They shall engage with said nation on the basis of full equality in the family of nations and full respect for their rights as nations under international law.

10. The undersigned parties shall recognize the constitutional and international legitimacy, independence, national sovereignty, and territorial integrity of the Republic of San Luis Obispo in its present borders, which shall consist of the entire territory of the former San Luis Obispo. They shall engage with said nation on the basis of full equality in the family of nations and full respect for their rights as nations under international law.

11. The undersigned parties shall recognize the constitutional and international legitimacy, independence, national sovereignty, and territorial integrity of the Santa Barbara Free State in its present borders, which shall consist of the entire territory of the former Santa Barbara County. They shall engage with said nation on the basis of full equality in the family of nations and full respect for their rights as nations under international law.

12. The undersigned parties shall recognize the constitutional and international legitimacy, independence, national sovereignty, and territorial integrity of the Kern Free State in its present borders, which shall consist of the entire territory of the former Kern County. They shall engage with said nation on the basis of full equality in the family of nations and full respect for their rights as nations under international law.

13. The undersigned parties shall recognize the constitutional and international legitimacy, independence, national sovereignty, and territorial integrity of the Ventura Free State in its present borders, which shall consist of the entire territory of the former Ventura County. They shall engage with said nation on the basis of full equality in the family of nations and full respect for their rights as nations under international law.

14. The undersigned parties shall recognize the constitutional and international legitimacy, independence, national sovereignty, and territorial integrity of the Riverside Free State in its present borders, which shall consist of the City of Riverside and all other parts of the former Riverside County west of the Coachella Valley. They shall engage with said nation on the basis of full equality in the family of nations and full respect for their rights as nations under international law.

15. The undersigned parties shall recognize the constitutional and international legitimacy, independence, national sovereignty, and territorial integrity of the Coachella Valley Republic, which shall consist of the entire Coachella Valley and any other local communities as shall seek annexation by the same. They shall engage with said nation on the basis of full equality in the family of nations and full respect for their rights as nations under international law.

16. The undersigned parties shall recognize the constitutional and international legitimacy, independence, national sovereignty, and territorial integrity of the San Bernardino Free State, which shall consist of the City of San Bernardino and any communities as shall be incorporated into its lawful territory, which have not been already occupied and/or annexed by other parties. They shall engage with said nation on the basis of full equality in the family of nations and full respect for their rights as nations under international law.
