"I should tell you things are going very well on this project and you should not hesitate to ask for something if you think it will make your life easier, but still keep the social fabric and interactions more or less what would be normal to this time.

"I know keeping things to what would be exactly normal is not possible and it is not even what we want. We wouldn't be happy if you asked for a three bedroom brick house or anything such, but if it is for growing food or to help things, even if they were a little beyond what could be expected in this era, we will give it our attention and every consideration," he said.

"In that case, and from your previous actions, I don't guess another cave here or there would make much difference."

"Oh not at all, do you need more caves. If you can explain them away we will be happy to create caves to order. They are no trouble at all and have the added benefit of being concealed," Argent told me.

"Concealed from who?" I asked.

"From the other's who are with you. Even knowledge of the cave doesn't mean they are constantly in view of your other people," Argent said, but something about the tone of his last explanation made it seem that it wasn't really what he was thinking about.

"Fine, then why don't you just make another cave on the side of mine away from Georgo and Danlo's cave. Make it two chambers so I can give one to Bigglieo and one to Barago. That way all the women who know about the kitchen can come cook in it.

"In fact, make the chambers a little smaller and make one for Jonoco and one for Nadlo. Their intended mates have seen the kitchen too," I said.

I didn't really give a shit about the kitchen. I was thinking about how handy it would be to have access to all these men's mates via a passage from my cave, without having to go outside and across the canyon.

I especially was thinking about the red headed, red bushed, big tittied Daleana and the Blonde haired, blue eyed Britta with the talented pussy. Maybe I should look into Erieta's mate's qualifications, if he was a good useful man he might need quarters on my side of the canyon too. It would make Erieta's and Failiela's comings and goings covert also.

"That is an excellent idea. Shall we make them tonight?" Argent asked.

"Not yet, let me consider my list more carefully. I might think of others I need to keep closer to me. I might also need to reconsider some of these. It might seem strange to give Nadlo and Jonoco new caves of their own since they have only lately become men.

"It might make others think I was showing favoritism because they work with the horses for me. It was easily explained with Danlo, his mother and sister both are my mates. It also came at a time of many surprises, which drew attention from it. I will need to consider things more carefully before we do anything."

"We will wait for your decision. Do not hesitate to ask for all the additional caves you want though. If you want a separate cave for each mated pair that are in your camp we will do it happily," Argent said.

That wouldn't help me out one fucking bit. It would only make it more noticeable since there would have to be a common passage to my cave and everyone would know exactly where a woman was going if she headed down it.

"I don't think that will work well either. Let me think about it and get back to you with a plan."

"Very well. I should apologize to you now about the 50 caliber rifle. The engineer who suggested and designed it simply neglected to consider the recoil. I had him try a test firing so he would not overlook the detail again. He wasn't injured too badly, but he did require medical attention for his shoulder. We bruise also and I can tell you his bruise was impressive. He is researching methods to deal with recoil now."

"Let him know I don't want him to increase the rifle's weight to dampen the recoil. I know it would help, but I don't want to have to pay for softer recoil with increased weight I would have to carry."

"I think he already understands. Can you think of anything else you need since you are here already?" Argent asked.

"As a matter of fact I need a few things for the horses. I need saddles for all of them that are mature. I would like them custom fitted for each horse and I want them to be patterned after the United States' Military McClellan saddle. I would also like for them to have any improvements which are allowed with respect to stronger and lighter materials.

"Please make sure they all have a version of all the accessories which usually came with those saddles, such as saddlebags, bedrolls, and saddle scabbards to accommodate the new rifles you have provided. They should allow for growth for any horses that might have more growing to do.

"I am thinking I might need another wagon too, is it allowable?"

"Of course, the wagons are made entirely from materials we acquire here. Do you have any special specifications for the new wagon?"

"I would like for its box to be ten feet by twenty-four feet and I would like the ability to let the tailgate down similar to the way a pickup truck's tailgate can be lowered.

It will still need to be watertight when it is closed. It would also be good if it had something to aid in loading animal carcasses. I intend to use it for carrying game after hunting."

"Oh, are you going to have another hunt?" Argent asked.

"Yes. I will be hunting tomorrow and I intend to kill more bison than I did last time. That is one reason I think I would like a larger wagon. The loading device isn't necessary if it will cause problems."
