Dan Turner slowly climbed up the heavily wooded hill; noting all of the conditions that would make the development of the property more difficult. Dan was based in Dallas and he had come east to Bradbury, Tennessee to survey the site after another consultant had told the developer that it was impossible to develop this site. The soil might become plastic under a hard rain and slid down the mountain when the trees were removed to make room for the houses. Dan shook his head; this site would be terribly expensive to develop. Dan turned and looked at the area below the hill. The houses below were set far apart and all of the homes were very high end custom built homes. He sat down on a large rock and set his bags containing his cameras and instruments on the ground. It was hard climbing the hill with three heavy bags but it was much better than having to go back down to get them if he wound up needing them.

He looked down at the houses below him again. All of the homes had a swimming pool and all of the homes were surrounded by six foot fences that enclosed the back yards. The homes would be valued in the upper two percent of the homes in the county. The fences and the distance between the houses ensured that the occupants had a maximum amount of privacy. Dan smiled to himself. He knew that the occupants of the existing homes would go ballistic when they found out that the developer wanted to build apartments on the hill above them.

Dan saw two women come out of one of the homes and begin to set up around their pool. He reached for his camera and attached the best long range lens that he had to the camera. He used a 12.4 mp Nikon D2X Digital Camera. With the F mount on the Nikon he had his choice of many lens. He looked through the viewfinder at the two women; with the telephoto lens it made the image look like Dan was standing in their backyard. Both of the women were knockouts.
