“I don’t know!” Nicole sighs.

“Neither do I.” I admit.

“Let’s ask the Sluts.” Lexi suggests as she turns and marches her naked ass out of the bathroom.

Nicole and I look at each other and start laughing. Lexi really is one of a kind. She has a lot of abandonment issues, but she seems to be accepting that we’re all one big family. She knows that the Slut-sisters aren’t gonna steal me from her.

I take Nicole’s hand and the two of us follow Lexi out of the bathroom. The girls are all lounging about the master bedroom. The television is on, and a popular show is playing in the background. Ashley, Marcia, and Kayla are all on the bed, while Hazel is sitting in my desk chair.

“Nicole and Steven are in love.” Lexi announces.

“What?” Ashley asks with a confused expression.

“Uh, okay.” Hazel responds.

“Nicole and I have feelings for each other.” I explain.

“We all have feelings for each other.” Kayla rolls her eyes.

“Is there a problem?” Marcia wonders.

“Yes!” Nicole exclaims as she pulls her hand out of mine and runs both hands through her hair in exasperation. “I’m twenty-six years old! I mean, I know that’s not old, but I eventually wanna find a husband. Now, I’m sleeping with my baby sister’s boyfriend! My friends see how happy I am and are asking if I’m seeing someone, and I don’t know what to do!”

“What do you want to do?” Kayla asks.

“Don’t use your brain, use your heart.” Ashley suggests.

“I want to date Steven.” Nicole admits with a sigh. “But, I can’t.”

“Sure, you can!” Lexi chirps.

“No, I can’t.” Nicole shakes her head.

“Says who?” Hazel asks.

“Society!” Nicole insists. “He’s dating my sister!”

“Fuck society!” Ashley exclaims.

“C’mon, Nicole,” Kayla begins, “we’re having a naked meeting here, I’m Steven’s daughter, what do you think society would say about that? Who cares!”

“Yeah, we’re not hurting anyone.” Marcia nods.

“So, you think Lexi and I can both date Steven?” Nicole asks.

“Yes!” Hazel answers. “While I have his baby!”

“Poly relationships are much more common these days, anyway.” Ashley reasons.

“Not when two of the people are sisters!” Nicole says.

“True, but still. Just present it as Steven having two girlfriends, not like you’re in a three-way relationship.” Kayla suggests.

“What do I tell my friends?” Nicole inquires.

“Tell them you’re dating a handsome, kind, intelligent, loving man.” Hazel says with a smile.

“Go right ahead and tell them it’s a poly relationship.” Ashley adds. “If they’re really your friends, they’ll understand.”

“What do you think?” Nicole asks, looking toward me.

“It’s not just my decision.” I answer. “Lexi?”

“You’ll never try and steal him from me?” Lexi asks Nicole.

“Never. I respect you too much.” Nicole insists.

“Then kiss your boyfriend!” Lexi exclaims.

“C’mere, girlfriend!” I say as I grab Nicole and spin her to face me.

“Kiss me, Steven!” Nicole breathes as she puckers up.

I kiss my new girlfriend. My second girlfriend. Ours is a weird family, but one full of love. I bury one hand in Nicole’s hair as my other grabs her butt. Nicole is holding onto my biceps as she shoves her tongue in my mouth.
