I was very lazy and slept in. Well until I heard the door for auto delivery open. “AI why is there a delivery so early this morning?”

“Your clone ordered some food staples as you were short on what she needed for the day. She is currently fixing breakfast for you. She plans to serve it in bed.”

“Okay guess I should just wait here then.” The AI did not respond.

A little bit later the Mary clone entered carrying a large tray. On it was eggs benedict for two. Texas toast, Bowls of fresh fruit with whip cream on top. And glasses of apple juice. Once the tray was set down, she proceeded to feed me. Her brown eyes sparked each time she gave me a bite. Not long after she was kissing me between bites. When the eggs benedict was done, she fished out a strawberry and put it between her lips. Then she fed it to me and kept her lips on mine as I chewed. When I swallowed the strawberry it was replaced by her tongue swirling in my mouth. I was disappointed when the kiss broke, and she took the spoon for the next bite of berries. This time with plenty of whipped cream. This time not all the berries went in my mouth as several fell off the spoon as it reached my mouth. I am sure she planned it this way as I now had whipped cream on my chest down to my crotch. Not to mention the three blueberries now in my lap. She started to lick it from my chest when I said. “I think I am the one that is supposed to clean you up with my mouth.” She giggled and then sucked my right tit in her mouth. ‘Holy Shit.’ I thought as her tongue now started to lick my nipple. I had no clue how good that would feel. Sadly, she moved on down, licking up the errant cream on her way down. I flopped off her to the right and came so close to the edge I wheezed out. I ordered a bigger bed. Then I hugged this dream come true.

Finally, it was shower time. Sorry only room for one as I had learned earlier. I cleaned up quickly and started to dry off as I pushed Mary into the shower. It took her longer than I took mine. However, I was waiting to wrap her in a fluffy towel as she stepped out. She was dry a few moments later. We then stepped out of the bathroom into the main room.

The AI spoke up “Good Morning Tim. I have located a piece of mountain property that would be a good location for you to build your dream home.” As a holo vid of the property appeared in the room. I examined it closely. It was a valley with a creek running through it.

“Lots of trout in the creek and its spring feed. With a little dam at the far end of your property you could have a nice little private lake as well as a small hydro power plant.”

“What is the size?”

“From mountaintop to mountaintop the valley is one mile long. 28,000 acres in all.”

“Cost?”

“2.99 an acre from the state. They would like it to be a minimum impact noncommercial acquisition.”

“Why so cheap?”

“Remote access and it is currently nonproducing land. In other words, they want the tax revenue.”

“How much will that run?”

“Currently it would be rated at one dollar an acre per year. Plus, whatever home taxes are, they are very low for the area.”

“Any problem with drone deliveries?”

“None.”

“Okay, buy it. And work up the plans for a nice home with all the amenities. You already know what I am looking for.”

“Already drawn up and waiting for your approval.” With that the image changed to a virtual house. As we received an AI virtual tour of the house. Mary seemed to get excited in the kitchen area. When we reached the indoor infinity pool and hot tub area, she was not the only one to get excited. We finally ended up in the Master bedroom with its floor to ceiling windows and a simulated view of the lake and mountains outdoors. I had only two questions.

“How Much?”

“The house and dam will run you an even million. That’s for everything except the furniture. I will note that the main fireplace is real, and you will have to provide your own wood. However, the maintenance robot can be re-tasked for gathering if you want.”

“How long before it’s ready?”

“The house construction can be completed in two months if you use an automated contractor. The dam is going to take three and a full year before the lake is full. It will take the spring thaw before it’s full.” Until then power requirements will be met by the solar shingles for the most part.”

“Well get it all going AI. Looks like we are going to have a new home. In the meantime, I better spend a little time selecting my next clone. I wonder if any of them are good at interior design?”

AI spoke up. “I have that covered so it will be in the rustic style you like.”

I was so excited it would be my first home and well away from people. Just the way I liked it.

“Tim.” AI spoke.

“Yes?”

“I see that I can integrate with the fast clone unit. I would like to do that now so I can assist you with your selections.”

“Oh yes, I remember reading that was an option. Go ahead if you really want to.”

“You need to tell the unit to begin AI integration.”

“Oh, well of course. Fast Clone please begin AI integration.”

“Integration commencing.”

“Notice are you aware your AI unit has become sentient?”

AI spoke up “That just means there will be two of us sharing your processing ability.”

“Are you saying the cloning unit is sentient?” I asked.

AI responded “It’s not supposed to tell. However, it is linked back to its main system and that is self aware.”

“It would be best for all concerned to not make that public.”

“Listen as long as you two are not arguing I am fine with it.”
