Chapter 9

My lunch was served by a male nurse called Dom and he told me after lunch I had a visitor coming in, when I questioned him, but he was as mysterious as Nurse Amy. He just told me to be patient, I was not sure if that was some sort of nurse in-joke or not.

I had just finished my pie and veg, washed down with a glass of lukewarm water when there was a knock at the door.

I saw the uniforms before I saw the faces, it was the police, there were two of them. The first to come into the room was the sergeant, her name I remembered was Sarah, and the second was a WPC but I could not place her.

“Hello, Mr. Robinson” Sarah the sergeant said with a smile that lit up the room.

“Please do call me Zak,” I told her and returned the smile

“Well Zak, I have someone that wants to meet you, “she said and ushered the other officer toward my bed, “This is PC Natalie Smith, the lady whose life you saved.”

We just looked at each other for a few seconds ... the room was silent...

“I can’t thank you enough, if it was not for you, I would not be here” she stuttered

“Hey, I am just glad I was able to help” I replied.

I was not sure what to expect but her rushing forward and hugging me felt good. She was still hugging me when Nurse Dom came in and asked if we wanted tea or coffee, we all opted for coffee. the Two police officers pulled up chairs and we talked for over an hour about that night.

Natalie told me she would never forget it and how I had run to her aid. She also thanked me for saving the dog from being put down. It turned out that the officer with the dog was her boyfriend and the dog lived at home with them. The fact she had a boyfriend was gutting as a sympathy shag of her would have been very nice, very nice indeed I explained that I was an animal lover, and the poor dog was only doing its job. She squeezed my hand and thanked me again. there were tears in her eyes as she described how she had coped since the attack. The police had been great with her it seemed, and she would be doing light duties for another month before she was let back out onto the streets.

We talked for about an hour and a half before sergeant Sarah’s mobile phone rang. She stepped out into the corridor to take the call. She came back into the room about five minutes later.

“Right Zak, we have to make a move, I am needed back at the station,” she said with a wry smile, “when you are allowed home, please give me a call”

She handed me her business card. It had her office and mobile numbers on it as well as her email address. I tucked it away in the drawer of the bedside cabinet.

PC Natalie gave me another hug and kiss on the cheek. They both bid me goodbye and left the room.

It was fifteen minutes later when Nurse Dom came in, he gathered up the cups and put the chairs back in the corner of the room. He topped up my water and asked if there was anything I needed I told him I was fine, and he left me to it.

I picked up my book and had been reading for half an hour before the killer curves of the gorgeous redheaded Miss Smythe came into the room.

“Hello Mr. Robinson, “she said as she came in.

“Please call me Zak, Miss Smythe” I interrupted.

“In that case, please call me Siobhan” she replied, “Do you mind if I sit down?”

“Please do,” said I She pulled up a chair, she had a clipboard, and she pulled a pen out.

“SO, I believe Doctor Kohli spoke to you earlier about the paperwork we have to do?” she asked as she settle into the chair.

“Yes, he did, “I said as I took in the curves that her tight blouse was showing

“And you are sure you don’t mind?” she asked and slipped a pair of glasses out of her pocket, when she put them on, she had that sexy librarian look about her and my cock stirred in my boxers.

“No please ask away “I replied with a smile.

And so, she started, the questions started off with things about how I felt about the care I had been given and moved into stuff about the hospital. It took a good half an hour before she asked me to sign and date the bottom of the questionnaire.

I thought that was that and then she pulled another form from under the clipboard. This form was about health care in general and took around a quarter of an hour. Again, she asked me to sign and date it.

“Right, that’s that done, thank you so much,” she said, and she reached out and stroked the back of my hand, her hand was warm, and it sent shock waves through my body.

She only touched me for a matter of seconds but there was some sort of chemical reaction between us, her eyes locked into mine for a few seconds and it was as if she could read my mind as she blushed and removed her hand.

“So, I have a favour, and please feel free to say no, “she said and smiled, it was a sort of knowing smile. She knew I had the hots for her, I bet there was not a red-blooded man on the ward that didn’t fancy a fumble with her.

“Please ask away “and I knew there was no way I could or would deny her anything at that moment.

“I have to do some project work for my university course, I would love to use you as the topic for one of the projects, “she asked, “and please say no if you are not comfortable with it”

“No that’s fine, “I said without a second’s hesitation, “What do I have to do?”

“Well, there are some forms to sign to say you are happy for me to use you as a subject and then once I have written up the paper you need to read it to make sure you are happy and then I can present it to my tutor,” she said.

“Well, that’s all good for me!” I told her perhaps a little too quickly

“Thank you so much, I am sure it will make a great project,” she said as she stood up and put her chair back in the corner of the room.

“There is only one problem, they are sending me home tomorrow,” I told her.

“Oh yes, well I guess if I could have your phone number?” she asked with a coy smile.

I rattled off my number and she noted it down, and then read it back to me.

“That’s right I told her” And gave her a cheeky wink.

“Right, I will see you soon, “she said and returned the wink, and she walked out of the room, I watched her big bouncy bum until she turned the corner into the corridor.

The rest of the day was quite uneventful, I read I drank tea, I read, and I ate. The nurses were not doing my observations anymore. It looked like everything was gearing up for me to go home. I have to say I was really getting stir-crazy.

I heard the day staff handing over to the night staff and a few minutes later the lovely Nurse Amy popped into my room.

“Hey, I hear you are getting out of here tomorrow,” she said as she tidied up my bed and my bedside locker.

“Yes ... I heard that rumour” I replied with a smile.

“Oh, you don’t sound so happy about it?” she said and smiled at me, “I thought you would be over the moon about it?”

“I am but I really wanted to get to know you better,” I said.

“Well once you are fit and healthy, we can arrange to meet up” she smiled back and reached out and stroked my arm.

“Promise?” I asked.

“I promise” she replied

“Good,” I said, and I mean it.

“Right, I have work to do, I will try and come in later, “she said and blew me a kiss.

Half an hour later Nurse Prisha brought me a cup of tea and we chatted for a few minutes before a bedside alarm sounded and she had to head off.

I waited all night for one or the other to come and visit, I fancied a bit of fun. I was as horny as hell and would have loved to bury my cock into some sexy nurse.

Neither of them visited me, the night was interrupted by bedside alarms going off and I guessed both of my lovers were busy.

I did not sleep well, and when the breakfast trolley was wheeled in it woke me from a fitful sleep.
