Never again will I see that smile and my heart will melt
Never again will the phone ring and I will know it’s you
If I win a match, who will I tell?
When I am down and sad who will pull me through?
Never again will I hold your hand
Never again will we walk in the rain
It will never feel the same walking on the sand
Life will never be the same
Never again will we talk about this and that
Never again will we meet in the park
All because I act like a twat
And now I feel pain in my heart.
Never again will we exchange emails
No more Good mornings No more sweet dreams
I feel like the wind has been taken out of my sails.
All because I act like a twat it seems
YOU were my dream, my desire
you were my idea of perfection
there is in my heart no longer a fire
of great memories there is an amazing selection
we shared our anger, we shared out smiles
we shared our worries we shared out fears
under summer sun we walked for miles
when the other was upset we were all ears
Never again will I see that smile and my heart will melt
Never again will the phone ring and I will know it’s you
