Chapter 7: In The Nick Of Time

‘Your cock is far too big to go up my bum.’ Julian told him. Uncle Gregory was looking more and more angry by the minute. He picked up his trousers and pulled his belt out.

Waving it threateningly he said, ‘If you don’t bend over that bed and keep quiet, I’ll thrash you with this and give you something to make a noise about.’ ‘No, no, please don’t,’ Julian begged looking absolutely terrified, ‘It hurt so much last time, and I was bruised for ages. I’ll do everything you say. Please don’t hit me.’

Then he turned round and bent over the bed. Unknown to Julian, Gregory gave a sick grin picked up clearly by the camera, pleased to think he had won. He took hold of his erect cock and played with it as he walked over towards Julian.

He put his tip to Julians bum and trust in hard. Julian let out a muffled scream of pain, clearly struggling not to, frightened of being beaten. Gregory took no notice and kept thrusting in. Then seconds later the bedroom door opened quietly. Danny walked in filming on his phone followed by Constable James Wilson. Danny filmed two thrusts in then nodded to James.

The first thing Julian or Gregory knew was when an authoritative voice shouted, ‘Stop! You’re under arrest.’ Then Gregory went flying backwards as James yanked his shoulders to pull him out.

As he crashed down onto the floor, James read him his rights. Julian turned to Danny and hugged him then burst into tears. ‘I didn’t think you’d come tonight.’ he said through his tears. Danny told him, ‘I’ll tell you all about it later, I’m going to call Lorraine in now to look after you whilst I help James. Theres no need to be shy, she’s seen me naked too.’

He waved to Lorraine who was peeping around the door. She came over and took Julian in her arms. As they hugged, she said, ‘It’s all over now, you’ll never see him again after tonight.’

Julian looked over her shoulder. There was a man several years older than Danny sitting on his uncle’s back and putting handcuffs on him. He felt a wave of relief pass over him.

Lorraine saw a small pair of shorts on the floor. ‘Let me get you your shorts,’ she told him, ‘Then you can get dressed.’ She moved away from him and picked them up. As she handed them to him, he turned to face her and took them. Then he went red realising she could see his cock.

‘Don’t worry,’ she told him, ‘Dannys got one just the same.’ He relaxed and put his shorts on. ‘Now, you get dressed ready to go out.’ she told him. ‘You’ll need to come to the police station with us and make a statement. Don’t worry, you won’t see your uncle.’

‘Lorraine watched him get dressed and her heart was feeling for him because of what he’d suffered. As soon as Julian was dressed, he told her, ‘I need a wee.’ ‘Ok,’ Lorraine told him, ‘Go and have your wee but whatever you do, don’t wash anywhere afterwards. The police doctor will want to take a swab from you.’

James was still sitting on Gregorys back. Danny got on his phone to Aiden explaining where he was, who he was with and what had happened. As soon as they hung up, Aiden rang the Llandudno police station. He had already set up a line of communication when Danny had first been in touch. A van was immediately despatched to pick up the prisoner.

James got up and told Gregory to stand up. Then he led him back to his bedroom still naked.

‘Go and sit on your bed.’ he ordered. ‘You can wait to get dressed until back up arrives.’ Danny had followed him out after picking up Gregory’s clothes off Julians floor.

James stood on the landing watching Gregory as Danny took Gregory’s clothes in and dropped them on the floor just inside the door. Then he knocked hard on the other bedroom door. It took several knocks before a timid voice called out, ‘Who is it?’ ‘It’s Danny from the refuge, Mrs Jones,’ he said, ‘Can you come out please.’

‘Just a moment,’ she said. ‘A few moments later the door opened, and she peered out nervously. ‘Don’t be alarmed Mrs Jones,’ Danny said. ‘Everything is alright now. That gentleman is a policeman,’ he said pointing at James. ‘He has just arrested Gregory, so you’ll soon be rid of him for good. What I want you to do now is stay in your room.’

‘Do you remember Lorraine who was with me when we brought Julian home?’ ‘Yes,’ she said with a smile. ‘She’ll come in to see you shortly and tell you all about it.’ he said.

Danny went back to Lorraine and Julian. ‘Will you go into Mrs Jones and explain everything to her,’ he said. ‘If the police need a statement from her, she might need to come with us.’

Lorraine went to her room, knocked and went in. Mrs Jones was sitting on the edge of the bed. Lorraine smiled at her and said, ‘There’s nothing at all to worry about now Mrs Jones, let me tell you everything that has happened.’

She sat on the edge of the bed with her and explained what had really happened when Julian had run away and what Julian had been suffering. ‘He’s very embarrassed about it naturally,’ Lorraine told her, ‘So the best thing you can do to help him after tonight, is never to ask him about it.’

Meanwhile Danny had gone back to Julians room. When he went in Julian threw himself into his arms. ‘Thank you so much for rescuing me,’ he said, ‘I was convinced I’d have to go through the whole thing and then get a beating.’

‘We’ll be going down to the police station shortly,’ Danny told him. ‘You’ll be seen by the police doctor then you will need to make a statement. Lorraine is talking to your mum now. She will know all about what happened, but Lorraine will tell her never to ask you about it.’

‘When you make your statement,’ Danny told him, ‘Tell them everything that happened, but don’t mention I planned on coming in to rescue you. James and I appearing was a total surprise, right?’ Julian grinned, ‘No problem there,’ he said, ‘It was.’

‘How’s your bum?’ Danny asked. ‘It’s slightly sore from his roughness and size,’ Julian said, ‘But there wasn’t much pain when he went in and there’s been no stinging at all.’ ‘I’d been worrying that he might attack tonight,’ Danny said, ‘So I tried to arrange to come tonight. Unfortunately, both the policeman I was going to bring with me tomorrow and my back up weren’t available, so I decided to leave things as they stood.’

‘But after you texted me to say you’d told your mum and your uncle your scan was clear,’ Danny said, ‘It made me think again. I wondered if he might have got so angry with everything that had happened, he’d attack the moment your scan was clear.’

‘I explained my thoughts to Tom who was coming with me tomorrow. He suggested James who I’d met but hadn’t previously worked with. James said he was willing to drive down tonight, even though I told him it probably wouldn’t happen until tomorrow night. So, he collected me at home, we picked Lorraine up and came down. As we were arriving, I checked in on my phone and all was quiet.’

‘We sat in the car just down the road for a while. Then when the radio alerted me to your uncle coming storming into you, we pulled up outside. We let ourselves in and came upstairs as quickly and quietly as we could. The rest you know. Your uncle will be locked up overnight and go to court in the morning. He will probably be locked up then for a few weeks before he goes back to court to be sentenced. I expect he will get a long prison sentence so you will be rid of him for good.’

Lorraine came in just then. ‘The vans arrived and he’s getting dressed,’ she told them. ‘Mrs Jones said that whilst we’re at the police station she’ll change the bed in Gregorys room, then if we need to stay the night we can. James is welcome to share with Julian or sleep on the settee. She’s delighted about getting rid of him and you were right,’ she said to Julian, ‘He has hit her several times.’

James came in then, so Danny introduced him to Julian. ‘Thank you so much for saving me.’ Julian said. He was a bit cautious him being a policeman but then he suddenly threw his arms around him and gave him a hug. James looked surprised but then he returned the hug looking very pleased. ‘The prisoner has been taken away,’ he told them, ‘We can follow when we’re ready.’ Lorraine explained what Mrs Jones had said. ‘She’ll need to do a statement too then,’ James said. ‘She had better come along with us now. We want to make sure he’s ready for court tomorrow.’
