‘How does that feel?’ Lewis asked. ‘It’s lovely,’ Alvin said, ‘But why aren’t I panicking?’ ‘Because it’s finally sunk in that I’m not going to do anything to hurt you,’ Lewis told him. ‘Also, it’s giving you a lovely sensation all over, isn’t it?’
