Chapter 6: We Did Our Best

‘Yes please,’ he said, ‘That would be fantastic. Are you really sure you wouldn’t mind?’ he asked, looking at Aaron in concern. Aaron could only guess at what Rebecca had been saying to him. ‘Of course not,’ he told him, ‘When it’s someone as special as you are to both of us, we want to do everything we can to make your new life the best that it can possibly be.’

‘With two wonderful friends like you, I’m sure it will be.’ Ralph said. Then the exhaustion brought on by the excitement of the last ten minutes hit him, and he went quiet. ‘Let’s get you inside for a rest before lunch.’ Aaron told him.

Wheeling him into the lounge, Rebecca sat on the end of the settee and Aaron helped him to lie down with his head on her lap. As Rebecca started stroking his head, Aaron told him to have a nap or just relax to get his strength up until lunch was ready.

Aaron left them and went through into the kitchen to Edith. He gave her a hug and said, ‘He’s definitely fading, but he has sudden bursts of energy, you never know he might surprise us all yet.’ Edith felt quite sure that he only said that for her benefit.

Half an hour later Aaron and Edith set the table in the dining room then went to get Ralph. He was fast asleep, his head still on Rebeccas lap. ‘Are you ok there for a bit longer?’ Aaron asked her. ‘Yes, I’m fine,’ she said, ‘He lies very still.’ They decided to leave lunch a little longer so he could recharge his batteries.

After half an hour Aaron told her to wake him up. Rebecca started calling, ‘Ralph, Ralph.’ and shaking his shoulder very gently. It took a while, but then he stirred. Opening his eyes and seeing Rebecca smiling down at him made a big beam spread over his face.

Then he saw Aaron and his mum smiling at him. ‘Hi mum, hi Aaron,’ he said, giving them both a big smile too, ‘How long have I been asleep?’ ‘Only an hour,’ Aaron told him, ‘You’ll be able to join us at the table for lunch now.’ They helped him up and he walked through on Edith’s arm.

Lunch lasted an hour. In between eating there was a lot of chatter, Aaron and Rebecca told them where they were up to with their house. Also, all about their hike the pervious Sunday. ‘That’s something else you could join us on, once you’re fit.’ Rebecca told him.

‘Two of our friends met their partners there.’ Aaron added. ‘What are you doing this afternoon?’ Ralph asked them. ‘Staying with you,’ Aaron told him. ‘You’re looking tired again, so we’ll take you upstairs after we’ve all had a coffee.’

‘Then Rebecca and I have nothing on this afternoon, so we’ll stay and chat to you.’ Aaron and Edith had planned how they’d work it in the kitchen earlier. They stayed at the table to have their coffees so Ralph didn’t have to move unnecessarily.

As they undressed him for bed, Rebecca gave his cock a quick rub over his shorts. It immediately shot up hard and did a dance. Once he was sitting up in bed, she covered him up and kissed him. ‘We’ll have to think up something special for later.’ she said quietly.

Even the duvet moved at that. They sat chatting to him for a while, discussing what hobbies he would take up after his operation, and about getting his driving licence. Then when half an hour had passed, Aaron said, ‘I need to make some phone calls, so I’ll be back soon.’

A few minutes later Edith came in. ‘I thought I’d come and keep Aaron’s seat warm for him,’ she said sitting on the side of the bed and taking Ralphs hand. The three of them chatted until Aaron returned half an hour later. When he came in, Edith got up, gave Ralph a hug and a kiss and said she had things to do.

‘Let me know when you want another drink,’ she said as she closed the door behind her. ‘Can I tell you something I’d love to do?’ Rebecca asked Ralph. ‘Of course,’ he answered, excitement stiring inside him. (and between his legs) ‘I’d love to undress you and have a proper look at your cock and your balls.’

Ralphs face answered for him, but he answered anyway. ‘I’d love to have you do that.’ he said. He looked at Aaron who smiled and nodded. ‘Yes, please.’ he said looking back at Rebecca. She took his top off and folded the duvet over, so it was off him. ‘Lie down.’ she instructed.
