“I’ll show you how able I am, when I see you at three. Write all those names down for me now. I have to run as soon as I speak with Mr. Burke’s nurses. Maybe one day you and your nieces will come over to my home for a weekend, and we’ll all relax around the pool.”

“I stopped by to tell you also, that I’ve postponed the meetings with those attorneys as you asked. I informed them that Mr. Burke hasn’t made any significant progress since our initial meeting with him and he’ll be moving into much better, more spacious living quarters as soon as it’s ready.”

“I could help him there and it wouldn’t cost him a dime. I have a friend whose daughter is as good as there is, at work related injuries. Her name is Jannece del Marco, and she’s never lost a case. I’d be glad to have her contact Stoney, or even drop by to see him.”

“Oh Doc. If you would, please tell Stoney. He trusts you and I know he would love to have you stop by more often. “Here, take my debit card. Buy what you need to stock Stoney’s new home with groceries and household supplies. I’ll be sure and bill the insurance companies for any purchases. They should’ve already made arrangements for all of this ... Let me write my pin number down so you won’t have any problems.”
