Coming of Age Sex Story: Introduction - A small community, very tightly-knit and controlled, stuck in the north woods and isolated from certain laws and regulations, has determined that proper sex education is a great deterrent to crime. They create a requirement that all children, just prior to entering high school, are given in-person instruction in all forms of sexual activity. The teachers, hired by the community, are recent college graduates who serve for three years as instructors.

One of the nice things about the Midwest is the abundance of land that is not densely populated. The hustle and bustle of the big cities are nowhere nearby. Instead, Mother Nature offers up a pleasant palate of luscious forests, beautiful lakes and streams, and a more quiet and restful life in general. Occasionally an individual, or a group of like-minded folks declare that “enough is enough” and abandon their city lives to begin again, somewhere peaceful and tranquil. Those were the exact goals and intentions of the first families to settle in the area around the three creeks.
Of the ten original families, all but one had been living in some large metropolitan area. They were fed up with that lifestyle, fed up with the crime, fed up with the congestion, and fed up with the stress of dealing with all of that on a daily basis. They were like-minded, intelligent people, financially well to do, and just courageous enough to begin a new adventure. And they were opportunists!
It wasn’t really the “middle of the north woods” but it was close. One of the largest lumber companies on the country owned an enormous tract of land, free and clear title, unencumbered by any government or Native American tribal rights. It was a comparatively small off shoot of a much larger tract that the owner had successfully harvested for years, but this particular plot had never produced enough usable timber to warrant further operations. What was particularly unique about this orphaned property was that it was included in a very unusual agreement with the state that ceded all legal controls to the property owners --- the laws of the state did not apply to all of the land included in the original tract.
Two of the original property owners had particular knowledge, not only of the lumber company’s desire to sell of the land, but also of the unusual details of the legal agreement. After consulting with senior officials in the government, they were assured that the laws of the state did not apply to anyone or anything on that particular piece of land. Very soon after that, the ten original families pooled enough of their wealth to become equal shareholders of twenty-five square miles of undeveloped land, the orphaned tract previously owned by the lumber company.
Fifteen years later, the population of Three Creeks had grown to slightly more than one thousand residents. As their community developed and grew, the founding families enacted several agreements, all legal and very binding. Among the most prominent was a requirement that all persons desiring to live in the development agree to accept and abide by the rules, concepts, and understandings developed by the community. If they could not agree to accept those rules, they were prohibited from buying property within the community. That rule was further strengthened to include any and all visitors. The intent of that modification was to announce to anyone visiting that the laws of the state did not apply in the community of Three Creeks.
