Chapter 6: Mayhem

Vocabulary among even supposedly educated people in these United States is pathetic. Recently, some courts decided “SHALL” in the language of the Constitution could be redefined as “OPTIONAL AT COURT’S DISCRETION”. They aren’t the first to redefine shall.

Article V

“The Congress, whenever two thirds of both houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose amendments to this Constitution, or, on the application of the legislatures of two thirds of the several states, SHALL call a convention for proposing amendments, which, in either case, shall be valid to all intents and purposes, as part of this Constitution, when ratified by the legislatures of three fourths of the several states”

Congress owes the states eleven or more conventions. Congress simply continues to ignore the SHALL in article V.

A former president bragged he had decimated the enemy. Decimated literally means reduced by ten percent. If ninety percent of the enemy was still fighting us, what was he bragging about? My guess is he liked the sound of decimated while ignorant of it’s actual definition.

Another word seldom used but almost always misused whenever it is uttered, is mayhem. How many know mayhem is a specific crime? What would you have to do to be guilty of mayhem? Mayhem is deliberately crippling someone. Intentionally permanently depriving them of the use of some body part. Examples, plucking out an eye is committing mayhem, or chopping off a limb. A similar word is maiming. Maiming someone deliberately is the crime of mayhem.

My intention is to cause mayhem, cripple the two rotten old political factions in the US. It’s time the two party system was retired. They only serve the political hacks and lobbyists, not the people, haven’t for many decades. The way to accomplish mayhem on the politicians, is encourage the nastiness, egg them on until they explode or implode. The people are already so disgusted with both parties, they only need to see a bit more chicanery and they will abandon them both and create new and multiple parties.

The Tea party a decade ago was an overdue and promising fresh grassroots beginning. Then disaster. Unfortunately, the GOP bent over backwards to seduce the Tea party to partner up and then swallowed them up. I believe it was a deliberate coup.

In the Hobbit story by J. R. R. Tolkien, Gandalf egged on the trolls to argue with each other until dawn, and the rising sun turned them to stone. I want a new dawn of liberty in this country and will egg on the obsolete and corrupt parties to disintegrate. It’s easy. The two sides are already touchy as hell and uncivil. A powder keg only needing a spark. That is the pseudonym I use on some social media. Sparky.

Am I having fun? No, I’m relentless and deadly serious, intent upon mayhem.

If either party were to get caught red handed in massive voter fraud? That would collapse the entire house of cards, bringing down both evil political machines. The public isn’t stupid, though the delusional politicians believe most of them are. They’re very wrong.
