On Monday Helena went down to see Richard her doctor and asked for the blood test. Two days later, calling on Richard, he confirmed the pregnancy. Helena smiled with the news. He did request Helena to have an ultrasound test in 4 weeks and wrote out the notice.
Returning back to the unit alone Helena went out to the balcony and just sat down with a glass of water. Drifting off to a semi sleep.
Harry intruded. ‘Helena, with the good news, I now mention that I will not be asking you to do any nasty work until after the birth. I do have Suzanne and Petra to charge me up so, please do not think I am not wanting you. Your babies are now the first priority. Helena replied ‘Thank you Harry, I was wondering what would occur.’
Harry seemed to smile ‘Don’t worry, there are many other ways I can assist. You have the business to keep an eye on and you are still my Queen, my lady. There are the property inspections and Vanuatu to check on so enjoy life. At the moment Petra is keeping me busy with the number of nasty people in Brisbane.’
Helena replied ‘Yes the building construction trade is full of not so nice people. Suzanne and I were happy you asked Petra to join us.’
Helena fell asleep.
It was at least an hour later when Helena awoke, just as Fred entered the unit with 3 coffee’s. He joined Helena on the balcony.
