Chapter 54: A Married Woman

Fred was just holding and looking at Helena. He was so proud of his wife. Helena stirred, Fred cuddled her saying “Good morning my sweetest wife. I do love you.”

Helena smiled, replied “Good morning my husband, I too, love you.” and kissed him. From that point they made love again, making sure each had a mutual orgasm. Resting in the glow of love making, their bedside phone rang.

Suzanne was wondering if they were having breakfast in bed or the restaurant. They decided the restaurant in 15 minutes. Both Helena and Fred showered and casually dressed. They met most of the Australian crew in the breakfast room. Danielle and Trudy spoke to Helena “We tried to pay for our meal this morning and they refused. How or when do we pay please?”

Helena advised “I own this hotel and whilst you are here you are my personal guests. You will not get a bill for any hotel costs. I have a large credit here and this is one way for me to use it up, so please enjoy your few days here. Don’t worry I won’t claim it later either, if you want to confirm this, speak to either Phillip the manager here or Xena, over at the coffee machine, who, like you Danielle, always makes my cappuccino’s here. Enjoy the weekend please girls.” She hugged them both and then returned to Fred.

Fred “Problem?”

Helena replied “Yes they are worried about paying, I have hopefully set their minds at rest. For them there is no costs. Phillip takes my costs out of my share dividend here, which includes any guests I bring. Ah, they are confirming my story with Xena I see. Later can you check if they are Ok with this.” Just then Xena and the girls all held each other as if old friends. They the saw Helena looking and smiling at them.

Xena came over with her cappuccino. “Would you like me to look after the young girls from your office? They cannot believe you own this hotel and they will have no costs.”

Helena replied “Yes please Xena, that would be wonderful, I believe it is their first trip away from home and I trust you will make sure they have a great time. If they get anything outside of the hotel charge it back to their room and I pick up the tab. Like you, they are brilliant employees and I really appreciate what they have done for Fred and my wedding. By the way many thanks for last night. You and the crew here really polished off a fantastic day for Fred and myself. Again thank you.”

Xena smiled and returned to the girls.

Finally Helena joined Fred and the others at the breakfast table, She ordered an Island fruit breakfast. Fred asked “What is the story here please?”

Helena advised, not only for Fred benefit but Zac’s as well. “Mrs Romano had this hotel build with surplus funds from Australia. She installed Phillip and his family to run the business on the condition they maintained a very high standard. Mrs R as they called her, took the 11^th and 12 floor for herself. Everyone else stays in the 2nd to 10th floor. Mrs R and myself do not draw down any funds but get the dividend credited to an internal account so funds stay with the hotel. I am Millions in credit and so I cover the personal costs of any of my guests so as to not effect the hotels funding. During the business down turn a few years ago they maintained the high hotel and food standards and found they had more booking due to quality than price. I am going to instructing Phillip to draw on my account for all costs. I have to use it up some how.

The admin girls were worried that they could not pay for their breakfast this morning. Xena told them I cover all costs. Hopefully they will not worry about costs but enjoy themselves.”

Fred advised “I check on them later for you Darling.”

They enjoyed a beautiful breakfast and went for a walk around the town. During the walk they came across a few other wedding guests who they greeted. Helena found out they were all returning on Sunday afternoon to Australia.

They returned to the Hotel just before lunch. Helena and Fred went to see Phillip. They were taken straight into his office. Helena formally introduced Fred to Phillip. They shook hands.

Fred said “Phillip many thanks for last night is was very memorable.”

Phillip said “Mr Hannah we welcome you to these islands. Your wife has done so much for us and we do appreciate the lovely lady. If there is anything you need, want or if I can help you, do not hesitate to ask for me.”

Fred replied “Thank you Phillip, but first instruction is, I am Fred not Mr Hannah please. Helena is filling me with information as we go along. If I do upset anyone please tell me and I do thank you for your welcome.” smiling.

Phillip replied “Thank you Fred.”

Helena asked “Who account is paying for my wedding guests Phillip?”
Phillip replied “We are Miss Helena, our way to say thank you?”

Helena advised “Phillip I have enough credit to cover the hotel for years, Please use up my credit for the guests. Last night the crew here put on an excellent evening for the four of us. Can you pay the staff a bonus month wages as a thank you for their efforts from my husband and myself. It is an evening we will remember, again use up some of my credit and that includes you!”

Phillip replied “As you wish Miss, sorry Mrs Helena. I will arrange the extra payment for the staff and as you request use your funds. I was meaning to talk to you about that balance. It is getting quite high again.” Phillip looked at Helena then Fred.

Helena advised “Phillip, Fred, was a police man in Australia and due to circumstances had to leave the force. He is an accountant by training and is going to become very involved with my financial affairs, so please talk to Fred about accounting as if you are talking to me. He understands paperwork a lot better then I ever will.”
