“Yes, Ben, who works in Coolangatta, he is just a small one man business.” replied Helena.

“Good can you get him here shortly and can I have your drivers licence for the correct spelling of your name please. My mind is sharp but the body is giving away.” Asked Mrs Romano.

“Do you mind if I step outside to call and your estate agent is outside.” Helena replied. Handing over her drivers licence.

“Good. Yes, send him in please.” Commented Mrs Romano.
