A scruffy looking man, wearing overalls and a long sleeved plaid shirt walks across the street towards an old beat up Chevy which is blue in color. He doesn't look towards the approaching Army of Cybots, nor the commander, Monarch, who is in the lead. It's been nearly ten months since the Super Chamber had been attacked. Ten months since Joshua had be re outfitted by his counterpart, and then disappeared. The army walks past him, and he only turns his head slightly to glare at them as they walk to the center of the town.
"This town is now under the control of Master and his armies! Surrender yourselves, humans, and you shall live normal lives! Become part of something greater!" Monarch yells.
A little girl runs up to him and kicks him in the shin. He looks down at her as she futilely attacks his leg. Monarch lets out a laugh.
"Well I have to say, I have had tougher opponents." Monarch says.
Monarch raises his sword over his head, and swings downward but only hits the girl. Standing a short ways from him is the scruffy looking man, holding the little girl in his arms. He sets her down.
"You should run along. This is not a place to play." The Man says.
"But he's bad." The little girl protests.
"I know. Don't worry. He won't be here much longer." The Man tells her.
"Who are you? And how did you move that fast?" Monarch says as the little girl runs off.
The man stands up and looks at him.
"I'm sorry, but I couldn't see the point in you killing a child, Monarch." The man says.
"Well, human, you seem to know me, but I've never seen you before." Monarch says.
"It's been a while since I've been called a human. No, I'm no mere human, Monarch. I'm one of the three deities that watches closely over the universe." The man says.
"Oh, should I bow?" Monarch laughs.
The man turns towards Monarch and walks towards him as Monarch stands up straight. He stops in front of him.
"You're going to die." The man warns him.
"Sure. Human. You're going to kill me now, is that right?" Monarch asks.
"Not me. Them." The man says.
The man points behind Monarch, causing him to turn around to see Joshua and Clarissa standing there. Joshua is dressed in a t-shirt and Jeans. Clarissa is dressed in a pair of shorts and a bikini top. The man vanishes in a puff of smoke.
"Ah, the hero has returned! I've missed you! Welcome back!" Monarch says.
Joshua says nothing, just raises his left arm up in front of him. On his left wrist is a repainted Morphin brace. It's red in color now, and the dial on it is gold in color. Joshua reaches up with his hand and presses the button on the end.
"WARNING! TRANSFORMATION IS COMMENCING! PLEASE STAND BACK!" The transformation caller yells.
Clarissa raises her left arm in a similar fashion. On her left wrist is another repainted Morphin brace. Hers is pink in color and the dial is gold in color. She reaches up with her hand and presses the button on the end.
"WARNING! TRANSFORMATION IS COMMENCING! PLEASE STAND BACK!" Hers calls out.
Each of the transformation callers blare an alarm that is loud and annoying.
"What are you doing, humans?" Monarch asks.
A barrier appears around their transformation callers and shoots outwards a short ways, protecting the two of them as they transform. Joshua and Clarissa slam their hands on the top of the callers. The caller, edited by his counterpart to play a little more to his fan boy sensations, almost makes Joshua take himself out of a serious attitude. Slowly, out of the callers, a goo covers Joshua's and Clarissa's bodies and forms into their new armors. Red and black in color like his original but with a new design for Joshua. Pink and White for Clarissa. As the goo covers Joshua's head it forms into a helmet, and at his left hip a machete type weapon with buttons on it, reminiscent of the dragon dagger and on his right hip, a gun like the Gaburevolver in a holster. On his right wrist is the turbo morpher. Clarissa's weaponry is a bit different. She has a large sword across her back, and a pair of strange looking pistols attached to either hip. The barriers drop.
"Oh I see you've changed your costume and got yourself a new little girlfriend! It won't help you any, though. Cybots! Attack!" Monarch calls out.
"Mind if I take this one?" Clarissa asks.
"Go ahead." Joshua says.
Clarissa steps forward and draws her guns. She punches a code into the back of each pistol then aims them at the approaching Cybots.
"Boomerang Mode." The guns say before she pulls the trigger.
The shots fire off, hitting each and every Cybot. The cybots fall to the ground and explode. Monarch, however is untouched.
"Is this the guy?" Clarissa asks.
"Yep." Joshua says. "He's all yours."
"What was that?" Monarch asks.
"That was boomerang shot, the lowest level of my guns' powers. If I haven't made my point with our powers being upgraded, I can go up a level to kill you with the next one if you'd like." Clarissa said.
"What?" Monarch says. "You think you can kill me, little girl?"
"You killed my sister, his fiancée, his whole team. Yet he's letting me have the pleasure of killing you." Clarissa said.
Clarissa holsters one of her guns, and types a code into the keypad on the back of the gun.
"There are over 5000 codes that I can enter into this gun to kill you." Clarissa says.
"You can't be serious." Monarch laughs.
Clarissa points the gun at his feet and fires, turning his feet to complete ice. Monarch looks down at his feet. Joshua walks up to her and places a hand on her shoulder.
"I don't think you're going anywhere now, Monarch." Joshua says.
"Monarch, I'm gonna give you something you never gave my baby sister." Clarissa says. "A few more seconds of life so that you can curse the day you were spawned."
She fires the gun again, keeping the beam from it on, changing the molecules in his body to ice molecules until he's one giant block of ice. She stops firing and walks up to the ice statue with Joshua right behind her. She pushes it over. It hits the ground and shatters.
"Well, Clarissa. That's the first one down." Joshua says.
"Six to go, then Master." Clarissa says as the two of them revert to their human forms.
She turns to Joshua and looks him in the eyes.
"Now, I have been training with you for ten months. You promised me I could celebrate anyway I wanted to after killing my first general." She says.
"Okay, what do you want to do?" Joshua asks.
Clarissa looks him up and down. She throws his arms around his neck and places a kiss on his lips.
"Now what do you think?" She asks after breaking the kiss.
About twelve years pass, and Joshua and Clarissa grow closer and closer, becoming more than just close friends and team mates. They spend most of their time hunting down the remaining generals, but one eludes them along with Master.
"Joshua! We got to get ready for tonight!" Clarissa calls out as she steps out of the shower. She's got basically the same body she did when she and Joshua met in the bedroom all those years ago; 32D tits, nice hips, blonde hair, shaved clean and the only difference is that she has a small bit of what she explains away as belly fat. Truth of the matter is that she is pregnant, but hasn't told Joshua yet, who seems to either not to notice or just won't speak about it until she has. She walks in the bedroom of their home to find a younger looking Joshua standing there waiting for her.
"AHH!" She screams trying to cover up her tits and pussy with her arms and hands.
Joshua rushes in the room, almost ready to activate his transformation caller.
"What is it?" He asks.
"Sorry about that." The other Joshua says as he folds his arms across his chest.
"Whoa ... Zero?" Joshua says.
"Oh, is that what you're calling me now?" His counterpart asks. "Who's the girl?"
"Um. Honey, this is Joshua from Dimension Zero, Joshua, this is..." Joshua starts.
"His fiancée." Clarissa says.
"Clarissa? Funny ... what happened to Amy?" Zero asks turning to Joshua.
"Um. She died. Cryo-tubes turned off a few months ago." Joshua said.
"Whoa, what happened?" Zero asks.
"Um. Do you mind leaving the room? I mean you are my fiancé's counterpart and all, but I'm kind of uncomfortable being naked in front of you." Clarissa says. "Wait ... what's going on here? Is our date canceled?"
"That depends on what your future husband wants." Zero says before leaving the room.
Joshua turns to Clarissa as she lets down her hands.
"What does he mean 'What your future husband wants'?" Clarissa asks.
"I'm not sure." Joshua says before turning and heading after Zero.
"So what's going on?" Joshua asks his counterpart as he catches up to him.
"I'm here on a mission, to help set the timeline right." Zero explains.
"A mission? The timeline?" Joshua asks.
"Why, yes." A voice comes from behind them as they stop.
Joshua looks over his shoulder to see an older black man standing behind him.
"God?" Joshua says.
"Yes, Joshua." God says.
"Are you sure you want me to help him? I mean ... he seems like he's fine like this." Zero says.
"That is why I had you come here." God says.
"Well if you say so, sir." Zero Says.
"What is this all about?" Joshua asks.
"Well, we're here to help you find the last general, revive your friends, the Asparians, and change the course of the main timeline." Zero explains.
"But the Cryo-tubes turned off a few months ago..." Clarissa says as she walks up to the three of them, fully clothed now.
She's wearing a low cut top that shows off her cleavage and a pair of shorts along with a pair of hiking boots. Her transformation caller is worn on her left wrist.
"Yeah, sorry about that ... I was sort of dead myself for a while there." Zero explains. "Otherwise I would've been here in time."
"So how did you get back to life then?" Clarissa asks.
"Listen, Clarissa, I'm not here about that." Zero says.
"Wait, how did you know my name?" She asks.
"Met you in a different dimension. You're sort of dating my twin brother. And for the record, I've seen you naked before today." Joshua explains.
"Whoa, Alex is with Clarissa now?" Joshua asks.
"Yeah. But that aside. Do you want your friends back or not?" Zero asks.
"Forgive me for sounding like a bitch, but DUH!" Clarissa says.
Joshua stands there for a moment, reliving the memories of losing his friends. He had just teleported back into the Super chamber after breaking free. The explosion happened. Then he had met with the hologram.
"But your hologram said..." Joshua says.
"My program couldn't predict that things would change so drastically for me. Shall we begin?" Zero asks.
"Yeah! Let's get Ames and the others back!" Clarissa said. "But first, Joshua, I want you to know, no matter what happens here, I'm not giving you up so easily. Amy is going to have to really fight if she wants me to give you up. You're a completely different person than you used to be, and you're the man I finally fell in love with."
Zero waves his hand in the air and before the older Joshua or Clarissa can blink they're in a dark room.
"Where are we?" Joshua asks.
"Let's illuminate the situation." Zero says.
"Yes lets. I'll restore the generators if you'll restore the bodies in the pods." God says.
"Deal." Zero says.
The lights flicker on and the older Joshua watches as his counterpart waves his hand, seeing each pod light up and the bodies within them revert to the point when they had died. Clarissa turns and looks at the pods and her eyes go wide.
"Joshua..." Clarissa says.
"I know, Clari." Joshua says. "You can do this, Zero?"
The Joshua from Dimension Zero (turning to face his counterpart): New abilities. I can't give them life, but I definitely can restore them to the point where the power had been lost ... not enough time has passed to stop me.
"Hey God? I've never seen you outside the space in between Dimensions." Joshua says.
"True, but recently, I've been keeping a bit of an eye on your counterpart here. He's got a huge problem in his home dimension that's coming up and I'd like to gain some insight on how he handles it." God explains.
"What kind of problem?" Joshua asks.
"Some very bad beings have escaped from Hell." Zero explains.
"How many?" Clarissa asks.
"All of them. Now, I'm going to need your transformation callers for a few minutes." Zero explains.
"Now, Josh, hold on." God says.
"Sir?" Zero asks.
"What have I told you about humility?" God asks.
"Sorry guys. Still trying to work on that." Zero says. "I'll go ahead and explain now, since we have plenty of time."
"Wow, really? One word from God and you shift your tone." Clarissa says.
"Well ... he is God..." Joshua says.
"True." Clarissa says, causing God to laugh.
"I was killed by a being called Trigamma. A being of such awesome power, it took my clone turning into the legendary force master from history, in order to stop it. When I died, I underwent training to hold my form in heaven, and was eventually given training under the Force Guardians. The force guardians were meant to keep a lock in place, the lock on the door to hell." Zero explains.
"Why is there a door to hell?" Clarissa asks.
"Why is there a door to heaven?" God asks.
"Um ... good point." Clarissa says.
"So I was trained and positioned as a force guardian, and when an idiot..." Zero started.
"Let me guess. Lee?" Joshua asks.
"Yeah ... when Lee wished me back, I was holding the lock shut. So, door opened, all of hell actually broke loose, and now I'm trying to set the dimensions right before they make their way into dimension zero." Joshua explains. "I met Clarissa and her younger sister Amy in Dimension thirty five, and when Clarissa met Alex they hit it off, though Amy..."
He looks over to the glass tube where she's standing.
"You were dating Amy weren't you?" Clarissa says.
"Yeah." Zero says. "Still am, actually. She's wrapping up things in thirty-five while I finish my repairs to space and time."
"So wait, how have you seen me naked?" Clarissa asks.
Zero blushes brightly.
"While my team, the terra warriors were getting our mechs under control, Amy, you and I..." Zero started.
"OHHHHHH!" Clarissa says.
"Afterwards when I combined the timelines in that dimension, the new version of you emerged, and hooked up with my brother. Wasn't sure if it was gonna happen, but it was like you were made for each other." Zero explains.
"Funny how things work out like that." God says.
"So is there any way to bring Saitx's technology back online now? I mean, I think it might be better if her people can use their own tech instead of having to deal with callers like us." Joshua says.
"Good idea! How about you and I head to the section where the blast happened and get those systems and that area cleaned up." God says.
God snaps his fingers and the two of them vanish.
"So, was I any good?" Clarissa asks.
Zero blushes again.
"How am I supposed to answer that?" Zero asks.
"Well I would hope honestly." Clarissa says.
"Listen. I've said this to people in your timeline before, I'm loyal to the one I'm with. It took Amy to convince me to even do anything like that with you and her, and just because she wanted to know what it was like." Zero explains. "I'm not gonna say that I didn't enjoy myself, but I'm not saying that I would've left her for you."
"Of course not, Zero. If you're anything like my Joshua, you're loyal to a fault." Clarissa says.
"So has he talked to you yet?" Zero asks.
"About what?" Clarissa asks.
"Well it's obvious from your thoughts that you're pregnant." Zero says.
Clarissa blushes brightly.
"How far along are you?" Zero asks.
"About a month. I was gonna tell him tonight." Clarissa explains. "But you sort of showed up."
"Sorry about that." Zero says.
"So what's the plan here?" Joshua asks after he and god reappear.
"You're going to go in, and wipe out the remaining Cybots, and take the enemy base." Zero explains.
"What?" Clarissa asks.
"The enemy base has restoration chambers, that's why you had to kill Monarch a second time. Trust me, I know. I saw them there during the first visit, and I've been watching you since I died." Zero says.
"So what you're telling me is that they caused it, and their technology is going to reverse it?" Joshua asks.
"For your timeline yes. Afterwards we're going to make sure this isn't the main timeline." Zero explains.
A few hours later, in the middle of the artic, outside a hidden base, Joshua and Clarissa appear. They hold up their left wrists and start by activating their transformation callers.
"WARNING! TRANSFORMATION IS COMMENCING! PLEASE STAND BACK!" Their transformation callers call out.
A barrier appears around their transformation callers and shoots outwards a short ways, protecting the two of them as they transform. Joshua and Clarissa slam their hands on the top of the callers. Their costumes slowly cover them as the barriers drop. They draw their guns and fire at the stationary Cybots, causing them to explode.
"Ready?" Clarissa asks.
"Yeah, let's end this." Joshua says.
The two of them walk towards the door. Joshua punches in a code on his gun. He points it at the door and fires. The shot from the gun hits the door and it shatters as if it were made of glass. Joshua holsters his gun and draws his Machete. The two of them step inside. Cybots are in all directions, and it seems like there are thousands.
"So that's why you things have been absent from the battles. I bet you're the last. Mind pointing me to your last general? No?" Joshua says.
Joshua presses the center button on the handle of his machete. The blade glows white. He swings it at the mob in front of them, slicing them all in half. He presses the top button as the other two groups rush at him. A barrier erects around them. They begin walking forwards, down the hall towards a large door. The cybots attacking behind them just bounce off the barrier, flying through the air as Joshua holds down the button on the machete until he reaches the door. Joshua releases the button and the two of them step inside where the last of the generals stands waiting for them. The room is large, with three tubes across the wall to Joshua's right. The tubes are empty, and sitting partially opened. The tube behind the fat general Laute, who is an Asparian, is almost full. In front of Laute is a console.
"So, you found our base of operations. But it doesn't matter. In a few hours, the tank behind me will be full and Master will walk the earth, fed by the lives of your fallen comrades." Laute says. "We have been gathering the life forces of all the humans slain by our armies."
Joshua sheathes the machete. Clarissa aims her gun at the tube behind Laute.
"What? What are you doing?" Laute says in a panic.
Clarissa lowers her aim at Laute.
